Had many problems with them

I love the environment here Teresa is just above amazing, Dr. Padgett is beyond superb and Leah has to be the sweetest human on earth the professionals here treat you like you are family and I am so grateful for this establishment and the kind and caring souls that work here ☺️

Pros: Dr. Padgett & his team refers you to a great team of dentists around the area who may do an amazing job. CONSSS: A procedure is based off of their judgment and not the x ray. After having my back molar pulled out for no apparent, non emergent reason; dental bone still there, but ONLY because his assistant told him that she "felt looseness". Mind you, I examined my own tooth and it felt fine (no looseness, pain or sensitivity...nothing). But allowing them to cloud my judgment I went ahead with the procedure anyway and REGRET my choice so much !! Hold on I'll get there... Another dentist working in his office, after looking at a previous x ray, even questioned why was my back molar pulled in the first place when it appeared in perfect condition! Now i have something wrong with my other molar because of the back molar being senselessy pulled out. More money I have to try and pull out of my behind to fix !! The judgments (not by Dr. Padgett, but by others) placed on me for my own decisions in a matter not pertaining to theirs is beyond me! The looks, the stares as if you're a zombie, being laughed at when something is performed without anesthesia, and to be told and questioned about "smiling too much". Is it wrong to smile and feel at ease in life ? Is it wrong to take another path besides your company ? Is it wrong for an individual to make their own decision pertaining to their own oral health ? I'm especially disappointed in his wife after rudely getting the phone hung up in my face, because she decided she wanted to become a big baby and pout at a decision I have decided to make dealing with my teeth and my own personal happiness. Dr. Padgett, I have nothing against you. You are a great man ! But I have started to feel that this was all just a personal part of collecting more funds. Well wishes. I just called to schedule an appointment because I missed an appointment bc something way more important came up ! And the woman on the phone told me I can’t be scheduled another appointment because I missed the first one ?? Seriously I don’t recommend anyone to go there ..

Best dentist in town!

Staff is very judgmental only to try to add on more charges. They judge my last visit (which my gums were inflamed & plaque on my bottom teeth) so they had to do 2 cleanings. This time around they didnt even look at my mouth before telling me i would have to pay for the 1st cleaning,& my insurance will cover the 2nd. That was the last straw & I wouldnt recommend. Also, they took almost 2wks for them to give me a call back after leaving several messages. Ironic huh, don't think so. It took forever for you to respond,& when i pull up in person to make an appointment you tell me what i need & how much ot is without looking at me. Worst dentist I ever went to Dr.Glen is a company’s right hand man. Didn’t have patients best interest put crowns to high on gums had to have extra work done out of my own pocket. Could’ve advise me better on the situation I was going through but steered me in one direction that was best for him and the company. Didn’t want anything to do with me after the situation was handled told me go to someone else. Worst dentist I ever went to Dr.Glen is a company’s right hand man. It was a good fix on a chipped tooth, until I was rinsing my mouth out with water and the material used to fix my tooth came out , and he also grinded on the back of my front teeth to do the repair, like four of front teeth, now I have four chipped and screwed up teeth, one dentist I went to get a estimate on fixing my teeth told me it would be almost $15000, he said its expensive to fix another dentist screw up, the work Dr.Padgett performed didn't last long at all, if I had knew the end results would be like this, I would have left the one chipped tooth alone, and even worry about getting it fixed, now I look like a hillbilly with four screwed up teeth, I wish I would have never went there. Now I need four crowns and about $15000.00 to get rid of this hillbilly smile I have. Horrible staff!!! I called to schedule an appointment and the office clerk(Theresa) asked me to text her pictures of the front and the back of my insurance card and said that it would take 20 minutes to run it to see if they took it. 2 HOURS go by and I still have not received a call back and so I decided to call and didn't get an answer! I called back again & they sent me to voicemail! So I didn't to call off a different phone and they answered on the FIRST ring! I just hung up.
