I have been Dr. Carslon's patient, for over 20 years.All the staff were very friendly and quick to get me checked in for my appt. The nurse was very attentive to my questions and made sure that Dr Carlson knew my health concerns before I saw him. Dr. Carlson addressed all my concerns during my visit and his diagnosis and treatment plan were perfect for me. I highly commend Dr.Carlson for always going that extra mile for his patients,making sure that their healthcare needs are met in a very professional and caring way. I trust and depend on him in times of need and he has never failed to talk with me on phone calls or to have me come into the office, in a very timely manner. awesome ,awesome physician. wow, 5 star plus! Dr. 'Duke' Carlson has been my Primary Care Physican for over 23 years. I have had numerous health issues and I could always count on the Good Doctor to give me sound advice and has done an amazing job of taking care of me. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Carlson, other than, "Thank you" for being there for me

Dr. Carlson is truly one of the finest doctors I’ve seen in 65 years. He listens, he always has a game plan and gives easy and helpful directions to help in getting you back on a wellness track. And, his staff is able to return phone calls and see you, all in the same day. No waiting and worrying regarding health concerns. Our daughter and her family and my husband and I, all are so appreciative of Dr. Carlson and his staff, for our medical needs. We are definitely in good hands!!

I have been going to Dr Carlson for years. I would not want to change. I am very happy with him. He and his nurses are all great.

Outstanding - He is a community man, and will be the first to come up to you and ask how you are.

Dr Carlson is the kind of doctor who listens to you. Answers any questions and concerns you might have. He is a community man, and will be the first to come up to you and ask how you are. He is a doctor with strong character who genuinely cares for your well being.
