Dr. Gregory E. Gould

I am beyond frustrated with this office. In October 2020, I went in for a routine annual physical and flu shot. I have medical insurance that this office cannot seem to bill correctly. It is now May 2021 and I am still getting billed for my visit. Their billing person (Amber, who works for a third party) has billed my insurance twice, incorrectly. She bills it as "Primary Diagnosis BMI", whatever that is. My insurance, of course denies the billing as I am not covered for that. When I call the office, I'm told to call Amber. I have left at least 10 messages for Amber and she will not call me back. NOW, Dr. Gould's office will not pick up my call. I don't know what else to do besides write this 1 Star review. Me and my family have been patients of his for years now. Very professional and knowledgable. Treats you like family. Also, Paige is one of the nicest people. She is always kind and soft spoken and truly understands patient care. Keep up the good work.

I was referred to Dr. Gould when I was looking for a new primary care doctor. My past experience with doctors offices has always felt rushed, but Dr. Gould was the complete opposite. In fact, I had the most detailed and thorough physical exam I have ever had in my life! He took his time, asked questions and listened. Dr Gould is the best doctor I've ever had. He always listens to what I have to say and you can tell he truly cares about improving the quality of all his patients lives. Doctor who Genuinely listens to my concerns and proceeds to remedy the situation. Nobody better.

I came to Dr. Gould after my previous Internist failed me after two days during business hours. I asked my other care givers for a recommendation and after research chose Dr. Gould I have read ALL the reviews here and can tell you when I was a new patient he ordered a battery of tests for which I'm grateful. How else can he evaluate the current state of my body ? Dr. Gould is smart, caring and intuitive. Once, I asked him a question and received an answer, yet he wasn't satisfied. He asked other medical professionals for their words of wisdom and got back to me with more detail.....who does that ? I'd like to comment on his office staff. When I worked I managed a fair number of people. His staff were not hired the way they are. He trained them and groomed them. I fondly call them "Gregs Angels". Appointments are scheduled on a timely basis, depending on your need, and wait times are minimal. They are always upbeat with a smile. (wonder if they are like that at home). I rare

His care is absolutely phenomenal. He takes his time with his patients and is very precise taking no shortcuts. His staff is super nice and caring and I would recommend his care to anyone who is in need of a doctor.

Dr. Gould is an excellent physician and an exceptional diagnostician. His outstanding staff is courteous and cheerful. Dr. Gould takes skillful care of my mother-in-law, my husband and me.

I am quite picky when it comes to establishing a doctor. I chose to go to Dr. Gould and have been extremely happy with my care at his office. I have known Dr Gould from a professional and personal level. He is truly a compassionate, caring, integrity filled practitioner, family man, and friend. If you ever have the opportunity to sit down and discuss your health care needs with Dr Gould it will become abundantly clear to you that he is genuinely passionate about what he does and is very detailed in his approach. He WILL NOT be treat you like another number that needs to get shuttled through a system to get on to the next one. As a local health care provider myself I know when I can trust another practitioner with the health of my patients and I am fully trusting of Dr Gould. Dr. Gould is an excellent physician, an outstanding clinician and an all around wonderful person. He treats his patients with great dignity and respect. His staff is always courteous, helpful and cheerful. Dr. Gould makes “going to the doctor” a pleasant encounter. He takes excellent care of my mother-in-law, my husband and me.

New patient, Dr. Gould has no compassion for my time. I was there for over 2 hours and I feel he did excessive testing such as an EKG and bloodwork which was not necessary. I recently had bloodwork performed and he indicated he wanted his own. I will not return. The staff all seemed new and very inexperienced, and not pleasant at all. He seemed like a very unhappy doctor.

Dr. Gould is a phenomenal doctor! He truly cares about his patients and is extremely thorough at every visit!

I called for an appt. to have my thyroid checked & blood work and was told to seek treatment elsewhere. His office accused me of getting medication from another source because over a year had passed since he seen me. He didn't even give me a chance to explain that I'd gone through severe financial hardship since losing my job in 2015. My insurance doesn't cover physicals and I had to cut my medication to four days a week in order to save money. I liked Dr. Gould alot, but this was very hurtful.

Dr Gould, NP Katie Brubaker, and EVERY member of his staff have been exceptional. I have been treated with friendly smiles, courtesy, respect, and professionalism EVERY visit. They are happy and proficient people who are always prepared. They are extremely organized, take detailed notes, and follow up with everything. You have 24/7 access to test results, appt times, etc on their patient portal. I am impressed and grateful.

I am always a little uneasy going into a new facility knowing no one! However, everyone in this office treated me with respect and everyone was very friendly! Dr. Gould was very thorough and i felt as though he was sincerely going above and beyond to address my concerns as a new patient! Thank you for making me feel comfortable and being kind to me. In todays world there is so much hate, you never know what you are going to get! Excellet and solid team here! Thank you for taking care of me!

Dr. Gould Is a kind and attentive doctor . He is never in a hurry, and patiently listens and responds in a non-arrogant manner. Hey that only has a pleasant bedside manner, he is also a skilled and experienced physician .

I was hit by drunk driver 15 years ago seen lots of Dr s over the years Dr gould is by far best he takes lots of time with you makes sure you understand everything hes is very careing and almost like a feind i feel blessed my health care is in his hands ..

I love Dr. Gould for listening to me and being proactive with my health. He is very thorough but only does what is necessary to maintain my current healthy lifestyle. Dr. Gould is extremely prompt with test results and will make a personal call if needed.

Dr. Gould took his time with my son examination. He was through, and listened to my concerns with my son's health. (My son is disabled) Highly recommend.
