Last week, while vacationing at Ocean Isle Beach my Mother had a dental emergency. I work for a dentist in Charlotte, NC so I wanted to find someone good. Dr. Rupp was the only Dentist that called me back out of 3 I called. It was Memorial Day, but Dr. Rupp took his personal time to come in and take care of her. He has great bedside manner, was very gentle and efficient. He took his time and answered all questions. The views from the operatory are fantastic. I highly recommend Dr. Rupp!

Exceptional customer service. I visited Dr. Rupp and his staff for a problem tooth. From the moment I stepped into the office, I felt like the most important patient. I was seated in an office while I filled out my new patient paperwork (much better than sitting back in the waiting room with a clipboard trying to write) and then handed off to the medical staff. Dr. Rupp quickly identified the problem, discussed the resolution with me and then proceeded to treat the problem. No pain!

Dr. Rupp & his entire staff are the kindest, friendliest & most knowledgeable people I've ever met! I highly recommend Dr. Rupp.
