Awful

Dr. Price treated me for a few years. Was always pretty good about everything. I had things come up that was affecting my life and my job. I was in bad shape. It was getting worse. Blood work. Then I was scheduled to see a neurologist in ...6 MONTHS! He didn't tell me to do anything else. No appointments. I couldn't wait around. I felt so bad. I didn't know what was going on. I went to another doc. She listened. Ran lots of tests. More blood work. Did everything she could. Got in touch with another neurologist quicker. Well, I went back to Dr. Price after all of this. I felt better. I told him what I did. Who I was seeing. He walked straight out of the room, tried to call the doc I was seeing. Then told me he was done treating me. All because of a second opinion!! Guess he never heard of one of those. Glad I could show him something new in his infinite wisdom. Hey Dr. Price, you're a good doc. Just don't be so arrogant. People can get second opinions, especially when their doc won't act on anything. I really can't believe you acted like that. Like a child. Dr. Price treated me for a few years. Dr. Price is an excellent doctor. One that is caring and listens to you. Usually very much on time. However, when it comes to responding to out of the office needs, he and his nursing staff are very slow and inefficient. Important messages don't get through. Always have to leave voicemails which seldom are returned. So if you only want office visit help, he is wonderful to see. Just be aware that other patient needs may not be taken care of in a timely or efficient manner. Dr. Price is an excellent doctor. One that is caring and listens to you. Usually very much on time. Very caring visit. Everyone knowledgeable and interested in what I needed.

Dr. Price took the time to explain symptoms and treatments

Always patient and actually sits and explains treatment and reason for meds, always employs nice nurses and appreciates when patients actually follow his instructions:)

Per my sister who attended visit with my mother; Dr. Price was forthright, honest and blunt regarding her health and told her driving was out of the question. Thank YOU!!

Dr. Price is excellent in my opinion. He listens to me and provides solutions for all my medical concerns. I highly recommend him.

On moving to his practice area, I researched younger, primary care physicians. I was impressed by his listening skills & collaborative approach to care. He values your statements & incorporates them into your plan of care. A 5 Star rating

Great staff great doctor

Everyone is professional, courteous and always informative and completes your appointment promptly and on time

Dr Price is very professional and his staff are amazing.... friendly the rooms are always Clean ..

Very personable, easy to to talk with and litens to the patient on issues the patient is complaining about. Kudos to Dr. Price and Nurse Tammy.

Doctor price is a hands on professional. He "LISTENS" and prescribes a course of treatment that is best for you. I really like this guy.

Saved me twice now from life threatening issues. In 2013, a bowel obstruction. He was my specialist the week I was in the hospital and recently 2019 for two serious bacterial infections. Spends times with me, always willing to discuss new options, friendly, caring, best doc. So glad I was able to find Dr. Price when we moved from New Jersey to North Carolina.

All staff is very friendly and helpful. I love Dr Price. He listens to your concerns and is very prompt when seeing patients.

Dr. Price was very professional and thorough. He addressed all my health concerns and answered my questions. The office team are excellent as well. I did not wait long at all before I was seen by Dr. Price. The place is very clean.

Dr. Price is thorough, kind and understanding. He takes the time to listen and one does not feel rushed through the appointment. He is a wonderful physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Price since he came to Novant. I love him!!! He knows that when I go in and say something is wrong but I don’t know what it is, he takes the time to find it. He trusts that I know my body. He knows when my body is off kilter sometimes before I do! He is a kind, caring and giving man. Great staff as well.

Dr. Kevin Price has been my Primary Care Physician for approximately 4-5 yrs. now. I am extremely satisfied with his knowledge, professionalism, caring nature & sincerity of his care. What I find to be most important to me, is that he doesn't try to appease me with medications instead of trying to locate the source of the problem. He and his Staff are very thorough at diagnosing AND treating . It is a true rarity to find a Physician of this caliber these days, especially with all of the insurance and government demands Physicians must follow in their day to day Practice. Caring, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Thankful I found Dr. Price. He takes excellent care of my famIly. Never have had to wait more than 30 minutes to be seen. I could not be more satisfied!

I needed a new doctor & the Novant staff suggested Dr Price. The wait for an appointment was 2 months. It was not worth the wait. Total face time with Dr Price was less than 10 minutes. He didn't ask about medical history & when it was offered he didn't seem to care (despite cancer being on the list) The exam was cursory & ridiculous - I was fully clothed the whole time. The only skin he saw was my face & hands. He did not remember my name at the end. I'll try to forget his.

Excellent physician. He took the time to explain my diagnosis. He even took the time to review and answered every question I had written down, throughly. Yes like all doctors these days he is busy. But, never too busy for his patients. Even after the visit was over his clinic offers a program called MYCHART you can send him a message and he will answer. In the years I've had him as my doctor, I've never been disappointed!!! Don't believe everything on the Internet schedule with him for yourself

Every visit you have to remind him of your history even though it is right there on the screen. It is as if you have never discussed any of your chronic health issues with him before. And do not expect to see him for very long. 5-10 minutes TOPS and he's out the door sending the nurse back in. But oh my how he LOVES to schedule you into a 4 week follow up for billing! But the killer for me was failing to handle a referral to a neurologist for my wifes suicide disease (trigeminal neuralgia)

Pathetic Dr. Doesn't remember why your there even after being his patient for 2 years with the same issue. And I have brought up other serious issues he never even addressed. He get in and out of the rooms so fast you don't even have time to ask questions. He has absolutely no bedside manor. Very cold hearted person. DONT GO TO HIM!!! NOVANT SUCKS ALL TOGETHER DOCTORS AND HOSPITAL.
