I really wanted to like this office…. Dr. Graves is very sweet and caring about her patients but the wait time is ridiculous. I’ve been waiting an hour and a half to be seen for my newborn and time is still going. I’m writing this from inside the office… the front desk is kinda rude and slow at getting information. I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you have things to do that day.. Dr. Graves is a sweetheart though, if you’ve got the time and patience for it, she’s worth the wait… I really wanted to like this office…. The reception is horrible. They never answer the phone they dont return calls or put you on hold for a very long time. Love the doctor she is amazing. The reception needs better customer service training.

I love doc graves. But to be honest the waiting is for ever... we get there @ time or 10 min before, is more then 1hr waiting to be seen. Monday Morning I start calling at 9am. I called twice an hour every hour leaving 1 voicemail per hour. No one ever picks up and my voicemails are not returned. Tuesday I start calling at 8:30 am leaving 3 more voicemails. Finally at 11am someone answers "Dr.Graves office please hold" I am placed on hold. 15 minutes later she comes back 15 MINUTES later. She asks how can she help me, I tell her my son has a painful rash and this morning he starts running a fever I need to have him checked out. She said the next appointment she has is a week from Friday. I ask her if they have any same day sick appointments, she tells me that those appointments are filled and I need to call first thing in the morning to get those and not at 11. I started laughing and explained to her all the times I have called and that maybe they should have checked their messages before giving away all the appointments. She told me sorry there is nothing that can be done. I said let me talk to the doctor, I am sure if she knows how many times I have called in she could maybe squeeze me in. She tells me "Please Hold" places me on hold and 20 minutes later the line disconnects and for an hour now I have been calling back with no answer. Sad. Very sad. wonderful doctor

I hate this office . Every time I try to make appointment, they never answer the phone. I called several times to schedule an appointment and they said they will call back I been waiting for TWO MONTHS ! !!!! I'm really upset . I only need copies of my information for work and they can't give it to me BECAUSE THEY CANT ANSWER THE PHONE! I'm annoyed at this point and mad! Dr Graves is a pre HMO PPO doctor. She spends time with each patient and actually knows them not a 10 minute walk-in office visit. She is thorough but at the sacrifice of long wait times. I prefer a thorough doctor than a greedy one. I am sure my insurance only pays a basic office visit even if she spends some time with the kids at a loss to her. I would recommend that she have one day to do express visits for parent on a tight schedule.

Dr Graves is a awesome doctor, It's her staff that need customer service training.The long wait to get in a room is due to Dr. Graves taking careful and consideration to her patients needs and cercumstances.

Dr Graves is a 5 star doctor but she is too slow. Our last visit we left after 1hr and 35mins of waiting. Not just his time its every time. i have been calling for the last 2 months trying to make an appointment, I have left message after message. She is a great doctor if you can ever see her. Good luck. I changed doctors after 19 yrs of going to her I have 2 children and knew everthing about them before looking at the chart. Again she is great but need some time management
