Awful experience with this facility. All of the employees are rude and unprofessional. Out of all the obgyn offices I have been associated with, this by far is the worst. They made countless mistakes such as wrongful appointment times and failed return phone calls. Not to mention, they decided to drop me as a patient at 28 weeks because I missed two appointments that I wasn’t fully accountable for. They are not flexible at all. They have added so much unnecessary stress to my pregnancy.

Dr. De Edwards was generally nice and thorough in her examinations. However, her staff lacks professionalism and is incredibly rude. It is difficult to schedule appointments which are often not kept by the doctor. Calls are not returned by the staff or Doctor. Generally, if some professionalism is learned, this practice could be nice but her staff definitely holds her back from her true potential.
