Very reassuring

After an Urgent Care visit, a phone call was placed to Dr. Agni's office. After 24 hours, he hadn't had 'time' to review a simple x-ray and ordered the patient back to Urgent Care for another 3 hour wait to be admitted to the hospital for 'observation' rather than ordering a direct admission. The patient is a frail 90 year old woman whom Dr. Agni has seen for over 10 years. She resides in assisted living, but he will only make a housecall if the patient is in skilled care. His office is less than 2 blocks from the facility. The temperature is below zero currently and the patient had to be transported by private vehicle due to his insensitivity
