So sad to say but something went very wrong! After two shots in my neck, the third time DR Reddy said he would calm the nerves. They said they don’t put you out, just relax you. I felt every shot!! It was so painful. I left in pain. The pain was so bad. I came back and they found I was back and blue a week later. He said I have a tumor in my neck. I said, I have a tumor in my neck?? He said oh not a tumor! He is mixed up! Was he mixed up when he did something wrong in my neck? I am never going back! Do not go to the pain canter! I have more pain then when I went in!

Very kind and caring staff. They were very reasonable with working out a no interest payment plan on the Epidural Spinal Injection I received from Dr. Reddy earlier this week. The nurses were very nice and the Dr. has good bedside manner. This was all very helpful as this was my first time getting this treatment done and I was very anxious. The procedure was over before I knew it (Equal parts staff skill and the procedural sedation lol), and even though it’s only 3 days post procedure I’m already feeling less pain. I know first hand there is a lack of qualified specialists in Central Valley Ca, but this Pain intervention team seemed like the exception to that fact, and if needed I'll be returning to this office for future procedures.
