And very good individual care with the physician talking to you instead of looking at a computer screen and includes and welcomes you’re opinion. Yes sometimes a longer wait time as it’s first come first serve but when you leave you have what you need.

I absolutely love doctor Narula. She is an amazing doctor, knows exactly how to help with any of my issues or sickness. She treats me like family. And the staff is very nice and caring too.

She explains things well. Figures out the plan to make me feel better. Always listens and makes me feel like family.

Dr Narula is absolutely the best. She is so thoughtful & thorough each time I see her for my appointments. Dr Narula is indeed very dedicated to all her patients & the staff is absolutely amazing too.

They are great there yea sometimes have to wait a long time but the the doctor's do come in the room they do a great job

Very slow puts video calls in front of people waiting. Killed 2.5 hours waiting to get a prescription refilled

I love Dr. G & the entire staff here! They treat me like a close personal friend or family. She really listens to me & cares about what goes in my life. I have seen several doctors but Dr. G is by far my favorite & the best.

The staff here is working very hard to keep up but this office is run like an urgent care. Every time we go here it is a 2+ hour ordeal even with a scheduled appointment. This Dr. Narula is very nice and does spend some more time talking with patients, but the appointment is very rushed. She is going from one patient room to another-she will talk to you- then dash into anther room to talk to a different patient- then dash back. We noticed that she is very rude to the nurses and staff. This site says "offers teleheath appointments" but the telehealth option is waiting on hold until the doctor has a chance to talk to you. You have to have an appointment for everything - referrals, medication refills, etc. - you cannot leave a message for the doctor. They will draw your blood at every visit, even if you were just checked so that they can bill for it. They pack all the patients in for the money.

Dr is great very little waiting. Staff is very nice. Main thing is I feel better.

She is a very dedicated Dr. She always listens to me. She diagnosed my lupus and started my medication until I could see a specialist. If your nice to her and treat her with respect she will treat you the same.

I guess the oath they take doesn't matter to this Doctor. Someone that was told they had Cancer was told unless he came up with 145.00 they couldn't see him. Shame on this Doctor and staff. Disgusting

Wait all day to be seen. Then told to return tomorrow. Makes weekly appointments so she can charge medicade. Gives 6 pill scripts for 14 days. The math doesn't add up she's a joke. Deserves to die slow and painfully like her patients.
