Wonderful place and service and great people and they all are extremely helpful and professional I chipped a tooth years ago he put a glue on it fixed it and to this day I still have had no problem with it! Also they can’t accept me or take new patients anymore which was fairly disappointing however, I’m now going to Liberty University and will be an attorney in just a matter of time and wanted to share my great news with you all! I will have a office in the same town and then I’ll always try fit any of y’all in on any circumstances if you ever shall need me! That’s the difference in you and I! I love you all! I have referred so many people to you all who have had wonderful satisfaction in the service you all have provided and proud of all your accomplishments! Campbell County is very fortunate to have Dr Collins here.. As a general dentist, he performed an emergency root canal and the result was excellent.. he will give you options when needed and appears to be very honest! I would highly recommend him..Also, he has a 5 star staff..

I am just now sharing my experience which happened about two years ago. It just got brought up because a friend told me if an experience. So I made an app. cuz I had a tooth ache. I know in advance it would need antibiotics. When he was finished looking at my teeth he simply told me what he's gonna work on in my next visit and was done. I said....but sir are you not gonna write me anything for my tooth??? He replied almost telling"let me tell ya something I'm not giving you pain pills son!!! I replied I DON'T WANT PAIN PILLS!!! Wouldn't take em if you have em to me. I was wanting antibiotics. So he said ok I can give you antibiotics. So I got my script and told good cancel my next app. I won't be back. End of story but I was very offended. He had no reason to assume that about me, and then raise his voice at me. Worstexperience I've ever had in a professional seeing. I have had a few cleanings and checkups in the past by Dr. Collins and his staff but last week I had 3 fillings on my top front teeth. This is a little embarrassing for me to say but for the sake of being completely honest about my experience, I am just going to put this out here to give a proper review. I had to get these fillings because I had decay on my front two teeth. Prior to getting these fillings I have always told myself and my husband that if I had ever had the chance to get porcelain veneers, I would. Dr. Collins did such a good job at drilling out all of the brown spots on my teeth and putting in the new fillings that I no longer feel that way. My teeth look so white. I wish I could post a before and after photo to give a proper review. He took about an hour and half but he said he really wanted to take the time and always did when he worked on front teeth to make sure that they look really good and are done properly. I didn't have any pain. He said I would fill some shot they put in to numb the area but I didn't. When I got home and really looked at them I cried because I was so happy. His office staff is really professional, always friendly. The office is always clean and everything is up to date and what if should be. They are really good about working with your schedule or getting you in soon on an emergency. They accept most insurance policies as far as I know. My husband and I have a policy that almost no one else accepted expect for them! They were in network. I can't say enough good things about them. I'm not sure if they work with children. Dr Collins is so friendly and so is his staff I would absolutely be comfortable sending my own children to them but I am not sure if there office handles pediatrics. I hope this review is helpful! Worst dentist office cant believe im giving them a 1 star. Not deserved!

Everything went great until he mentioned a starting cavity. I asked for a price quote before I could agree to fill it that day or not. He then injected me with novocane without warning and started drilling. I was NOT numb yet. I did NOT consent to that procedure, and in retrospect I should not have paid for it. Don't trust this guy. If he can coerce you or flat out illegally force you into something he will. Props to the tech who finally gave me a price quote half way though the filling, at least SOMEONE remembered what I had asked... I now understand why people fear dentists. Dr. Collins is the finest dentist in every way. He did not hesitate to take care of an emergency after hours for a family member. Don't know what we would have done without him. Will be forever grateful to him and staff for eliminating the pain experienced at that time and fixing the problem.

By far the best dentist around. I've had root canal and all my check up and cleanings done by him. Been going there since he opened. Him and his staff are amazing.

I had a root canal done by Dr. Collins and I have to say that I was amazed at his work. He done an excellent job and I didn't feel any pain from the procedure. He explained everything thoroughly and answered any questions that I had. His staff were all very friendly and helpful also. I highly recommend Dr. Collins.

2 root canals and this guy is extraordinary when it comes to his work!!! Not much pain at all really, a little tenderness but not bad at all!! I highly recommend this dentist to any and every one!!!
