Dr. Abaza is good but I feel having the staff repeatedly ask me to pay my bills before I even recieve them is unprofessional. During appointment reminders and in person they will ask you to pay bills that insurance hasent even processed yet. Multiple times I had to tell them "I pay them when I receive them. No sooner."

Dr. Abaza was wonderful as well as her staff. They are quick to answer the phones, return calls & schedule appts. She really listened to what was going on. Did x-rays on the sport & explained them to us. We had a diagnosis & treatment right then. Everyone was so nice. Highly recommend her!

While Dr Abazza is truly a good doctor. Very caring and personable. Her billing staff do not do a good job at all. While we had insurance that was completely covering our son's mishap after paying tons of out of pockets and deductibles last year, her staff decided not to do her job and give my wife nothing but excuses till the bill became our responsibility (according to her). Now not only are we doing the job she didn't do and lied to us about per the insurance company but we are also receiving messages from their office reminding us that we only have so much time before final notices go out. Meaning they billed the insurance wrong more than once and when declined they tell us to pay it or be sent to collections while we are left filling appeals with the insurance company!! I have the money to pay that bill but it's only my responsibility to pay if I have no coverage, not if their office bills my insurance carrier wrong and does not provide them with all the documents necessary!! This is outrageous!! I will be escalating this situation to the proper entities ! While Dr Abazza is truly a good doctor. Very caring and personable. Her billing staff do not do a good job at all. Everyone in the office is so nice and caring. Glad we were referred to this office!

Amazing Doctor. Found a break that the emergency room couldn’t. We now just call her first.

Amazing Doctor, always a pleasure with great bedside manner. Her office staff is also wonderful never a long wait they run a very efficient office!

Never felt rushed wherever in appointments or surgery discussions. Great bedside manners. Clearly explains situations and directions. 1 emergency surgery then second planned. Both great job.

Dr. Abaza is wonderful with children. My 2 - 1/2 year old daughter had bi-lateral trigger thumb and Dr. Abaza did her surgery. I would recommend her most defiantly. Very kind, compassionate, and very knowledgeable. The staff is very warm and welcoming as well. Thanks for taking such good card of my child!

She is a very good doctor. My son is a runner and has seen her for 2 different injuries. I would recommend her.

Dr. Abaza and her staff are excellent. I had to take my son for a break with his toe and she was able to identify another issue with his toe we were unaware of. Then when my stepson broke his wrist wrestling I took him there and she has been just as awesome with him as well. Dr. Abaza is wonderful! She has a great bed side manner with children and with the parents. My daughter had a partial tear of a ligament in her ankle several months ago and our Pediatrician referred us to Dr. Abaza. As a parent I was nervous before the appointment. That nervousness didn't last long! When Dr. Abaza came in the room she immediately showed love and concern for my daughter and her pain. She explained to my daughter in a way she could understand about exactly what was wrong with her ankle, the treatment she was going to give and why, and what to expect to happen over the next several weeks, step by step. Dr. Abaza then turned and spoke to me. She explained everything in a little more detail of exactly what was going on and what she was going to do to treat my daughter and why she chose that course of treatment. If you are lucky enough to be referred to her snag the opportunity ASAP! You won't regret it. Dr. Abaza is wonderful! She has a great bed side manner with children and with the parents.
