I was very pleased with the service and vision exam. The doctor carefully listened and answered all of my questions as well as provided options for me to try in order to find the best solution. The staff was very efficient, friendly and helpful. Thank you for providing such excellent service!

Doctor Wood took his time and explained what was going on with my bison thoroughly. The young lady(I didn’t catch her name) who helped me pick my lens was super sweet and very patient. Thank you!

Everyone was very friendly and the visit was very quick. Every concern I had, they were able to tell me what was going on and how to fix it!

The staff were very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Appointment was on time.

Staff was very professional. I chose to switch from MyEyeDoctor to Lens Crafters because I was not required to wear a mask. Well done Lens Crafters, my husband will be booking his appointment with you in the near future.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. After waiting two months for trial contacts from the competitor, I walked out with them on my eyes here. I couldn't recommend this location more. The entire experience was completely painless and I was in and out in about 45 minutes. If you have to wait a few weeks to schedule an appointment, just do it. You'll be wasting your time elsewhere and you'll probably end up coming here anyway.

Excellent ophthalmologist

The receptionist was very nice and professional as well as the doctor. He was very through and made sure that my vison was corrected, excited to get my glasses in 10 days! Very nice experience all around.

I stopped in to get lenses from a broken frame switched to a new frame and was pleasantly surprised that they were more than happy to change out for me before even knowing I was a regular client there already!

Dr. Rowe performed the most thorough eye exam I've had to date. My eyes have found a new home.

I've missed GREAT customer service like this. It's reminiscent of old times when everyone knew one another by name and was genuinely glad to see you. From the moment I walked in the establishment I was greeted like an old friend! Mauro took special care of me and Dr. Rowe had the best "bed side manner" I've not seen in a long time. I have been seeing Dr. Rowe for several years. He is very thorough and patient. My eyesight is pretty bad and he strives to get them corrected to the best possible outcome. I trust him to keep tabs on my retina problems and monitor them. I pay out of pocket and then get reimbursed from my vision insurance for partial payment because I want to see him even if he does not participate in my current vision plan.

I've been a patient of Dr. Rowe's for over 20 years. He is a wonderful Doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. His staff is very friendly and the office is well managed.

Dr. Rowe was instrumental in saving my life when he discovered something on my retina and sent me to a retina specialist, who sent me to my cardiologist, who sent me to a vascular surgeon. The something was a piece of plaque from a blockage of my carotid artery. The blockage was shedding pieces. If Dr. Rowe had not recognized the problem, I might have gone months without interventional care.
