Highly recommend! Dr. Spier is the best! I started treatment under a year ago for my toenail fungus and my toenail was growing unattached to my nail bed. After several laser treatments and nail treatments. My nail looks absolutely AMAZING! I am beyond happy with his service. He and his assistant provided professional and courteous service every time! Dr. Spier explained the process and treatment every visit. Thank you for bringing life back to my toes!

I have been seeing Dr. Spier for just over a year. He has done a great job helping me to irradicate my toenail fungus. He has prescribed a tried and true plan that is actually working. I really liked Dr Spier as my toe is feeling much better. If I have issues with my feet on going I plan on going back to see Dr Spier. My wife suggested I see him as she also sees him when she is having problems.

My 85 yo father is visiting me from out-of-state and I noticed his toe nails were in terrible condition. The office responded promptly to my call and got an appointment a couple days later. Dr. Spier examined, trimmed his nails, gave advice on treatment with expertise and experience and no pain. They took dad's ins but would have been worth paying everything out-of-pocket for the excellent service Dr. Spier provided. My dad left with a smile on his face and, finally, no pain in his feet. Dr. Spier is a rare breed today with too many burned out, swamped, rushed doctors. Mark was professional, precise and very personable. He treated me on the spot and I was super thankful I stumbled on his practice. If I have any further issues I will certainly use his office again.

Dr. Spier really helped me with my sore heals. Highly recommend him!

I found Dr. Spier knowledgable and he helped me deal with a foot issue I've struggled with for almost two years. I followed his instructions for treating my condition more aggressively and within a week or so I was seeing improvements. It took about 4 weeks for my foot to return to normal.

If I could give a zero I would. This Dr would not even see my daughter because we would not allow him to keep our credit card number on file.

I had an ingrown nail treated with Doctor Spier, it was fast, simple and no pain. Thank you doctor Spier. I finally free to wear any shoes now.

I battled for a year with toe nail fungus. Dr. Spier used a combination of laser treatment, oral and topical medicine and within 6 month my toe was fungus free! Thank you Dr. Spier and staff. I will be wearing sandals this summer. Merci!

It has been a while since I went but I had to pay an extra paperwork fee at every visit. My cortisone injection was a nightmare as he had trouble finding the joint space and kept hitting my bone with the needle. It hurt worse after than before. I would not recommend to anyone ever.

Asked for credit card info, , in case, it's needed. Not happy about that. Also, foot does not feel much better then it did before my appointment. Doctor came into office wearing running clothes and looking like he just had a good run, 5 minutes before my appointment. Very strange.

I had an emergency, having stepped on glass. They were able to get me in the same day I called. They did a wonderful job calming me down and taking me through the process of removing the glass from my foot. They were also there when I called later with some questions. I would highly recommend this practice.

I highly recommend Dr. Spier for all of you foot needs. I had a wart under my toenail. For six months I was being treated by another doctor. I went to see Dr. Spier and after 2 visits the wart was gone. I wish I would have gone to see him earlier. I would have saved a lot of money and time. Thank you Dr. Spier.

I called just 3 days before my appointment and was shocked they were able to fit me in! This was my first visit with Dr. Spier and I highly recommend him. He is very personable yet professional. The office is comfortable, staff is friendly and the wait time was less than 5 minutes.

A serious runner, I became a patient of Dr Spier about 4 years ago after sustaining a serious case of plantar fasciitis. Ignored the pain for a long while, but it became too painful to walk or get out of be, so consulted Dr Spier. I appreciate his clear, very professional and direct approach to my problem and various treatment options discussed. Under his direction, I elected to start treatment with an ankle/foot brace and subsequent ORTHOTICS support. Under his guidance, my pain is all gone and while I can't run like I used to, I'm grateful to be pain free and enjoy long walks now. Dr. Mark Spier is the best foot doctor that I have been too. He takes time with me to diagnose, & discuss his diagnosis. His diagnosis has always been correct. Dr. Spier has an excellent bed-side manner. You’ll find him smiling a lot when it’s appropriate. I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Spier for 8 and a 1/2 years. He is an excellent Podiatrist. I have lots of corns and bunions on my foot due to a high arch and he always removes them with the utmost care. He even takes out the core which most foot doctors refuse to do. It's easy to get an appointment and he is generous with his time and honest with his recommendations. He doesn't try to push anything you don't need. First impression was excellent. I was taken right in to be seen by the doctor. Didn't even get to sit down. The first doctor visit in my life that I didn't have to wait! Reviewed the last 15 months treatment (or lack thereof) with other specialists for plantar faciitis. He quickly assessed my condition, and decided to inject my heel with a medication that has been very successful with other patients. It's been 48 hrs and for the first time in 15 months, I feel no pain. Very hopeful this medication will work. A friend referred Dr. Spier to me. So I'm paying it forward. Zero. This doctor refused to see my daughter because we would not allow him to keep our personal credit card information on file in his office. Bad business model, more interested in money than in helping people.

Dr. Spier has a great personality and is very good with children. We had no wait and the treatment was successful.

Since the custom orthotics in my shoes were old, I paid out-of-pocket for custom orthotics from Dr. Spier. The resulting orthotics gave me more pain than I had I gone barefoot instead. Each time I came to him asking for relief and satisfaction, he gave me inadequate and unsuccessful suggestions. His fitting of the orthotics was the problem, not how they were made or how I wore them. In spite of his having done a bad job, he refused to refund either for the orthotics or all the visits. Ethics?

This office is a total sham. They advertised a FREE consultation on 98 Rock . But when my husband scheduled an appointment for the free consultation, he was later billed $67.00. When he disputed the charge, he was billed an additional $16 in rebilling fees. To make matters worse, the pratcie manager - returned two payments with a letter that the check needed to be rewritten so, it would include the doctor's creditials, DPM....and charge an additional rebilling fee. I saw Dr. Spier to have persistent toe nail fungus treated by the Pinpointe laser. The results have been fantastic, and Dr. Spier has been pleasant to work with, knowledgeable, and fair with pricing. I did have to be treated more than once, but the results two years later are incredible!
