Excellent visit Dr. Waters , scoped my nose and throat and showed me the problem , gave me medication to use. My nose bleeding problem stopped , thanks to Dr. Waters.

I had a great experience at CT ENT. Everyone was kind and efficient. Dr. Waters immediately got to the bottom of my sinus issues and I’m feeling much better. Thank you!

I had my 3rd visit today with the CNT group in Norwalk and I must say the group there is fantastic and Dr Waters was the answer to my nagging sinus problem . I live in Stamford but the drive is worth someone listening to me and resolving the problem.

Great experience from the beginning with Diane who was able to work me into the schedule in the same day. Dr. Waters was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and down to earth. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of ENT care in the area.

I went in for a procedure as I am a chronic nose bleeder for years. It was a little bit uncomfortable but other than that, Dr Waters was very nice and so was the staff. I hope not to ever need their services again, but it's good to know I can always go to them with any ear, nose and throat issues.

She is awesome. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I would refer anyone to her.

The worst doctor I have ever experienced. I have had 3 appointments with Dr Waters and she has had me waiting a long time for a 1 minute dedication each time. She doesn't even pretend to care for her patients. She recommended for me to undergo a Eusthacian tube balloon dilation procedure merely driven by pure intuition as she hadn't found any evidence to support that direction, which she could've easily obtain by performing a scope. What kind of doctor leads a patient to a procedure without evidence for its need and specially when the evidence is so easy to obtain? The only thing she cares about her customers is their money. Speedy yet nurturing service. They squeezed me in same day. Well run practice with the cutest service dog. Dr Waters is so attentive and excellent.

Dr Waters is a good communicator, of cheerful disposition and a good listener. She will be my ENT now and in the future.

Donato was very pleasant and helpful as always. He answered all my questions and took care of everything I had concerns about. Service was completed in a timely fashion. Rick graciously spoke to me about future leasing options.

I give a star. Dr. Waters forgot to send my prescription to the pharmacy. I waited like a dummy for 45 min and nobody called me back to let me know if my prescription was finally sent to CVS. I asked the secretary to call me back as soon as the prescription was ready but she never did. I called again and requested to talk to Dr. Waters. Of course she “wasn’t available” and I never got a call back. No wonder they couldn’t find my appointment when I called to confirm it. Another person in the waiting room complained about one of the doctors “not showing up to the appointment”. I don’t know if she was the one that stood up the poor lady, but from my experience could have been easily Dr. Waters.????Very unprofessional. I give a star. While Dr Waters is fine and I do recommend her, the support staff is a nightmare. I was told on Monday, she would request an insurance pre approval for a speech therapist, its Friday and still nothing done. On Wednesday, I called to check and gave them the ( insurance company's)phone number to call, still nothing. Very frustrating !

The most unprofessional and unknowledgeable doctor I have ever encountered, I honestly want a refund. I was sent to this office because my doctor was concerned by the persistent, unwavering lymph node swelling I have had for months. She did not take my issue seriously— She called me “weird” for being concerned. When I asked her if it was abnormal my lymph nodes have been swollen for months, she literally said “viruses are weird” and nothing else. She gave me absolutely no outlook on how long my issue would persist. She made sure to run up my bill with an unnecessary treatment in office though. How is this woman a practicing doctor? Horrible office manager/ billing manager support. The doctor is fine. You will be incredibly disappointed with the support staff. They do not respond to phone calls or emails. You are out of luck if you have a question about your bill. I have reached out several times to ask to discuss a bill . The only response was to follow up with more charges to a bill in mid May for a service completed in January!! Support staff is just as important as the doctors service. Life saving treatment for Vertigo, Dr. Waters is so knowledgable, efficient, friendly and Wonder. The treatment is the Hallpike procedure and it stopped the horrible dizziness. This center is the best for any ENT problem. Seriously, call them!

Pleasant and friendly. My elderly mother had an ear full of wax. Dr Waters saw her and got the job done quickly and provided aftercare instructions.

Dr. Heather Waters listened to my concerns and offered solutions with ease. I felt comfortable with her, impressed with knowledge with fillers, cosmetic. Very enthusiastic! You can tell she loves what she does. I am looking forward to my first appointment in June.
