From first consultation to post-surgery follow-ups, he’s been consistently present and a true partner in this tremendous change. No wait time, pleasant professional staff. Plenty of time with physician to consult. Comfortable waiting area.

Dr. Flinch is incredible....you can tell he actually listens and discusses thoroughly the options and procedures in detail.

Everyone at FCB and Norwalk Hospital has been amazing! It took me such a long time to get here and now I’m here and it couldn’t be have been without these amazing people! Dr. Neil Floch always made me feel safe about the surgery and I was always informed of how things would work and what I had to deal with! Staff is very courteous. The communication during the entire process is absolutely amazing. Dr.Neil Floch is also always very nice and very detailed. I felt a bond/trust from my first visit with him. I would highly recommend this practice.

Neil Floch is the bestttt !

Dr. Floch always makes me feel like I am his only patient. I’ve never had a long wait and the staff is professional and friendly. My experiences with this practice have been great.

The best! I have been a patient of Dr. Floch's for just over 10 years. He is compassionate and understanding. I only have check-ins after having Lap Band surgery 10 years ago. He has always remembered my last check-in with him, what we talked about and even makes sure to ask about those things to keep him updated. He is very knowledgable in his role and a great surgeon. I would recommend him for weight loss surgery or weight loss education and help.

Dr. Neil Floch has performed many surgeries on me. He is the MOST compassionate doctor I have ever meet. He cares about his patients. He is an advocate for each of his patients. I have referred many family and friends to him. I trust him 100%. If your looking for a doctor who is caring and dedicated then he is the right doctor for you.

I found Neil was compassionate and understanding and dedicatied to his patients. There was no doubt in my mind about his compedenc and I felt very assured with him as my doctor and Robert Koorn as my anesthesiologist.

Dr Floch performed a Nissan Fundoplication laparoscopically on me 21 days ago. The surgery went extremely well and I was up and walking that evening. The next day I met with Dr Floch who examined me and explained the recovery process. Dr Floch is soft spoken and carefully and in detail explained the results of the surgery and what the recovery process would entail. The entire process was very professional and all his staff were a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend Dr Floch. Thank you

Unfortunately my spouse had a horrible experience with the doctor and the office workers. The doctor took a phone call midway through the checkup that lasted 15 minutes, nurse making light of his symptoms, completed a required detailed questionnaire, which was never used, then referred to a doctor in the same office, given another 12 page questionnaire. It was absolutely inconvenient, unprofessional and a total waste of our time. Unfortunately my spouse had a horrible experience with the doctor and the office workers. The entire experience was a disaster. Unprofessional office workers, doctor excused himself for a 15 minute phone call mid-appointment, nurse was condescending. A total waste of time.

Worst experience with this office. Very unprofessional. Patient does not come first. Even after addressing the problem with Dr. Neil Floch neither he or his office care about the patient. He was a referral and now I am left to seek another after wasted months of just fees and tests without results.

Though doctor floch may seem like a used cars salesman. He is great. He is a great surgeon and a fun guy. Not afraid to tell you the truth but understanding of situations

he removed my lapband that another doctor put in , i felt much more at ease with dc flock he is a caring person and explained everything to me he takes as much time as you need to make you feel well informed
