After getting home and realizing the Novocain wore off and the wrong tooth was done. Also, there was a problem putting the crown on remaining tooth so it had to be adjusted . The crown was too short which makes the tooth next to it too long. The other three crowns has huge spaces between them and they actually joined two of the crowns together. I wasn’t told about the jointed crowns until they were putting them on my old teeth, You have to thread like a needle to get the food out Including the huge spaces between the other crowns. I have a gut feeling whoever they use is cheap and this was the end result. Overpriced, I went there because I didn’t want to drive to my old dentist who does a fantastic job on crowns, which is on the other side of town . Wanted something in South Tampa. It would’ve of cost me $1450 out of my pocket for 3 crowns plus what the insurance paid. I was over charge , they cushioned in dollars where ever they could, it was $3,000 out of my pocket. It was pretty obvious when I went back twice to address the issues nothing was going to be done. One thing that was done they did floss at both visits. What a huge disappointment after checking around South Tampa I was told Hilary Dalton has been highly recommended more on a personality than quality, The South Tampa network.. The crowns were glued onto my old teeth and you can see all three of my old teeth on the right side from the gum to the new crowns , very poor job, Amateur almost . Spent an hour in the chair because there was so much glue put on my temporaries, close to an hour, drilling to get those temporary crowns off. The glue was on the roof of the mouth and the bottom of the teeth, that’s when I knew I was in troubleI on the first visit. Less is more!! It was a clusterI ??? horrific experience. They took the money of course but didn’t even apology, why would they admit it. Hillary Dalton knows this is no exaggeration . Being a businesswoman I would have took care of this in order to continue to keep my office open! You can go online look at pictures of my teeth. I go back in March to hv three crowns replaced, total cost out of my pocket because the insurance won’t cover replacing crowns is $7000, This is included the $4000 cash that Dalton received. Dalton knew it was a cluster ????I She would never admit to it. I will say they are very nice people but I did get poor crowns . Second time,I was ever taken for a ride for a large amount of money in my life, it was an expensive one! All about the money! What a ride this was!

Dr. Dalton is such a great doctor. She takes her time with me knowing how nervous I am each time I am in the chair. She explains everything so that I understand what is needed and works with me during the visit. My husband and 2 kids now see her. I highly recommend her!
