Dr Porter treated and did surgery for blood in my urine. Outcome successful. Would definitely recommend Dr. Porter

I was diagnosed one year ago and had the good fortune to be referred to Dr. Porter. I cjould not have been treated better. The staff is responsive and polite and the standard of service is top notch. Dr. Porter is a confident professional who is personable and responsive. Under the circumstances, couldn't be more satisfied.

I was diagnosed with bladder cancer in 2022 by Dr. Porter. I like his "bedside" manner. He is direct but not off-putting, honest but not mean, and he has an easy-to-talk-to personality that is open to questions and dialog.

Literally not even 5 minutes with me. Was checking his phone and boom here just take ibuprofen! Didn’t even asked why I made the appointment. So livid tbh. Wasted my time and money

Dr. Porter is a very professional, caring, and patient doctor. He listened to everything I had to tell him and took the time to explain everything thoroughly. His nurses and the reception is also amazing! The office is so organized and ran so efficient. I was in and out in 30 minutes. I had a very traumatic experience with a different urologist two days before, so Dr. Porter was a god send!!

I've seen Dr. Porter twice and he's been great. He listened to what I had to say and he answered all my questions. He's very good at explaining his process, thoughts and plan. He has helped me with finding the correct diagnosis each time. I've been happy with his staff, who have also been knowledgeable and helpful. I would recommend him based on my experiences.

Seen Dr. Porter numerous times with urinary problems. Never found the root of my problem or ignored it when I suggested what the issue was. Very disappointed in his treatment and concerns.

Start to finish, Dr. Porter and staff were great! The office seems to run very efficiently. Hubby was in exam room 2 minutes BEFORE his appt. time. The Dr. was thorough, professional, and explained everything well. He asked if we had questions, and seemed very caring. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a urologist.

The doctor is probably better for older, male patients (I'm neither). I don't know. He was good the first time and ok the second time. His assistant is unprofessional and rude. It is too off putting to make going there worth it. They do not allow you to deal with anyone else. She does not return calls and will try to sabotage giving you your results or prescriptions if she doesn't like you (she's the only one they authorize to do it). It's hard to get treatment or answers because of her.

Dr. Porter is compassionate in being considerate for a 70+ year old patient with ED. He was not dismissive as others have been. He listened and was readily ready to consider one option to help. His approach helped me to discuss a circummstance that I was not comfortable talking about. He is terrific!

I had some unique problems. Dr. Porter and his associates all pitched in and helped....visiting me in hospital to give me updates and keep me posted. Best of all is the clarity and honesty in explaining what is happening and what we need to do next. Great communications and collaboration skills

I moved to the other side of Fort Worth but still travel to see Dr. Porter. He provides me with the information I need, explained my condition, and set up the needed scan, but will follow up with me once the results are back. No need for another appointment.

Dr. Porter has been taking care of me for about five years now, twice a year. He is always professional and thorough, tells me what the results are of any testing, answers any questions I have, asks if my prescription needs refilling, and, best of all, is always right on time - no waiting in the waiting room for 15 minutes or half an hour. I could not ask for a better Urologist.

I am so pleased to have such a great doctor! During a very critical time, Dr. Porter was there to make sure that I received the best care possible, supporting me throughout the entire process. My subsequent follow up visits with Dr. Porter are always great. He is an excellent surgeon and a great doctor. I would recommend Dr. Porter to anyone who had the need to see a Urologist. My experience has been stellar. I've seen Dr. Porter for the last 7 years. His bedside manner has been nothing less than amazing. He and his staff has taken very good care of me as a patient. Any questions I've ask has been answered. From the front desk to the back waiting room everyone has been a joy to me. I would recommend this doctor to any man going through prostate cancer. I have been a patient of Dr Porter's for about seven years. During that time, I have had nothing less than total positive experience. The office staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Dr Porter is a good listener to any concerns or questions I have and takes the time to make sure I am educated on any conditions or procedures that may be needed. I have full confidence he is no less than an expert in the practice of urology.

Dr. Porter is thorough. He listens. He talks fast so you have to listen, but he will repeat if you ask. In 5 years I have never waited over 15 minutes. Most of the times the wait it is less than 5 minutes. The only problem I have had is getting the staff to return my calls. When I had a bad infection and need an antibiotic refill it took the nurse 2 day to call me back. That has happened 2 times in the last year.

I really felt so confortable with Dr.Porter on my surgery on Last Friday ..Told me how the procedure was going to happen and there was nothing to worry about ..I highly recommend Dr.Porter . George Tobias

Dr. Porter kept me informed and made sure I understood what the procedure and after care entailed. The Dr.and his staff were extremely professional and answered any questions that I had. I was very impressed.

I have followed Dr. Porter's advice and his orders closely for seven months and everything has worked as predicted. I will soon be as well as I was before the onset of problems.
