Dr. Hussain Al-Darsani

Myself and my husband love Dr Darsani he treats us very well, and has taken care of us for the last 8 to 9 years. He is excellent at his job. Dr. Darsani is a very busy doctor and is well respected. You may have to wait, but he takes his time with each patient, not in a rush to get to the next appointment, very thorough. And worth then wait. See you soon Dr. Darsani.

Beware! This is the most disorganized doctor’s office that I have visited. Dr. Al-Darsani wrote the wrong appointment date on my instruction slip for which I asked his office staff to correct. Moreover, during my “private” consultation with the Doctor, he took a personal call on his cell and discussed his personal matter with the caller as though I was not in the room. The worst part of my association with this doctor and Chino Premier Surgery Center is that they don’t know how to read a negative COVID test! A Rapid COVID test was performed on me the day of the scheduled procedure. According to the Acuvue instructions, my test was negative. The young lady that tested me indicated that she didn’t know how to read my results and would confer with Dr. Al Darsani. He canceled my appointment immediately preceding the procedure! I lost time, money and sleep preparing for the scheduled procedure. I have other instances of the disorganization that I experienced, but I don’t want this post to be any lengthier. Please, for your own sakes, choose another doctor. I made this post because I don’t want other patients to experience what I did.

I had a very negative experience. A young man was in behind the computer treating the other office staff very rudely. Turns out he was Dr son. I swore I’d never go back if dr was anything like his son.

I have seen Dr Al-Darsani only a handful of times. He always has been very easy to converse with and I always feel reassured with his course of treatment. The previous office/staff seemed very disorganized, the staff seemed stressed in a chaotic environment. I have witnessed a more professional, efficient, friendly and relaxed office staff. Dr Al-Darsani hasn't changed...still a pleasure to be seen by him.

Dr. Al-Darsani has been one of our main family Dr.'s for many years. He is always very kind and explains everything so we understand what is going on. He is very professional and put us at ease. Highly recommended

Dr. Al-Darsani recognized the seriousness of my symptoms and got me into the surgical center for the procedures within 5 days. He and the nurses were very friendly and efficient. They joked with me which eased my fears. The twilight sleep caused no bad after effects like some anesthesia does. I did choke a bit during the scoping of my esophagus and the back of my mouth has been a bit sore. He found the problem and clamped the bleeding polyps. I went in at 7:30 and was out by 9:30.

I was referred by my Health Net HMO physician to Dr and from the beginning I did not get a good feeling from the first phone from a woman in that office that I could barely understand. She was very abrupt and rude and was only concerned with me scheduling my consultation on days that worked for the Dr. and not for me. She also stressed on CASH only for my co pay many times. I have already called my primary Dr for another referral.

All the staff are rude including the office manager. Staff never informed the first patient that they don't take the insurance. Is not about the insurance the issue. Its about taking time off from my work and drove one hour from my house to see Dr darsani. Staff in front of the office said they dont take my insurance. At least asked first the first time patient about their insurance before seeing the doctor so that we know and we can find other clinic who may take my insurance
