I am not sure who these other reviewers met when they gave such bad reviews. The gum repair work she did on me has been praised by my regular dentist as absolutely outstanding. Her staff are wonderful. She has a business like demeanor but is not off-putting in the least. I can’t praise her quality of work enough!

As other reviewer stated, her office would state that a procedure is covered or partially covered, then later on sends huge bills. She and her team do not communicate post-op procedures thoroughly or professionally, and their front office doesn't seem to know how to call patients' additional phone numbers when they have to contact patients. Lastly, Dr. Song herself doesn't have consistent follow-up when there are complications after a procedure and you need to reach her immediately. Just a horrible experience from start to finish, and in all areas.

The professionalism of this doctor does not exist. In the desire to earn as much money, she fails to inform patients of the additional costs they will incur and hides the true costs of procedures not covered by health insurance. I do not recommend this doctor!
