I was referred to this doc for a second opinion. I felt I have a somewhat complex history - both in terms of symptoms and reaction to medications. I wanted establish a long-term relation with a thorough, organized doctor to work on these. Out of 1-hour initial consultation, Dr. Agnani spent at most 25 minutes with me. He asked a series of "yes/no" questions, quickly gave me a diagnosis, suggested a potential treatment, and sent back to my current doctor. On the one hand, I felt his diagnosis is much more accurate, and that the proposed medication is way more reasonable than my current psychiatrist's approach. On the other hand, I haven't discussed even a third of the things I wanted to talk about. I felt Dr. Agnani was very superficial; he made an impression of a person who definitely don't want to look into details.

He asked a series of "yes/no" questions, quickly gave me a diagnosis, suggested a potential treatment, and sent back to my current doctor. On the one hand, I felt his diagnosis is much more accurate, and that the proposed treatment is way more reasonable than my current psychiatrist's approach. On the other hand, I haven't discussed even a third of the things I wanted to talk about. I felt Dr. Agnani was very superficial; he made an impression of a person who don't want to look into details.

Dr. Agnani is amazing. He treated me for an episode of mental illness that forced me to take a year off from school. Throughout the experience he was kind, compassionate, listened to me and my loved ones, and new his stuff. I was able to make a full recovery due to his treatment and have returned to my previous normal life and was able to quickly return to school. I recommend him whenever I can.

He doesn't seem to really care about his patients needs. He is condescending and seem to rely on his assumption than listening to patient's symptoms and needs. He generalizes. Instead of listening, he is the one who is talking, saying he knows it all and prescribe medication - all in 10 minutes or less.

I have seen Dr. Agnani for 4+ years. He is always on time and I enjoy his staff. I have cell phone number for emergencies if needed. I receive prompt return calls. I have found him easy to work with especially during COVID and Zoom appointments.

He spends 10min with you tops, acts like a drill sergeant with meds through condescending questions and honestly you walk away feeling regretful for even having met with him. Not once have I walked away feeling better.

I always walk away feeling worse after meeting with him. He spends maybe 10min max with you because he books appointments like every 15min, then asks condescending questions and is like a drill sergeant about meds. I just want a doc who cares and takes his/her time.
