Dr. Ifeanyi N. Ezunu

Please do not work for this man he will treat you incompetent and then steal your hours (take them off payroll) when it’s time to receive your check. He don’t let you use direct deposit. Well now my case is overturned in a legal matter case and he also commits fraud charging patients for procedures that he wants to add to their ledger without their acknowledgment first. He felt some type of way that I quit. So he cuts my check short and then still expected me to come back and work for him. NOPE! Beware of this business. Save your business and go elsewhere!!

Horrible person to work for. He will not allow you to work 40 hour work weeks. He will cut your hours if you are put in a manager role to run the office by yourself. It happened to me. He shorted my check $300. He will micromanage your work and treat you like you’re incompetent! Well I have to take this matter up legally through court! He also commits fraud charging patients for work they didn’t have done. I didn’t work for him long. I had to build a case against him first!!!!

I have been seeing Dr Ezunu for about a a year and a half with great results! He and his staff are very professional and always let you know they are always available for emergencies January 14, 2022- I have been trying to get in touch with Dr Ezunu for several months with no return phone calls. Dr Ezunu has been my family dentist for over 10 years. I appreciate the consistent good service proving him and his entire staff.

The Dr was gentle and caring. I went to other dentist offices and none were able to help me with my dental problem for such a reasonable price. Definitely the best office I’ve been to in Georgia.

I absolutely love this office! I've been going to Dr. Ezunu 6 plus years and never disappointed in his work. The staff members are very friendly and professional and Dr. Ezunu very caring and patient because I am a big baby when he has to numb my gums :)

All i wanted was xrays and dental cleaning. Sat forever with no contact. After xrays doctor came in to exam BEFORE cleaning. Still waiting. Then financial person comes in???? I ask, when will i get my teeth cleaned? O Star................I went to this dentist based on the recommendation of a friend, worst mistake I have ever made. I was told that they had great payment plan but found out that was not the case. Their staff are very rude especially the office manager. I drove all the way from Douglasville to get work done based on their appointment but they want to reschedule based on their needs not mine. I have a hole in the middle of my teeth because of work they didn’t complete. They were charging my insurance for work that was never done, when I complain the office manager could not explain to me what they where charging my insurance and then still told me I owe $170 on work that was never done on an appontement day that was cancel by them while i was on my way there already. I complain no apology from them or the so called dentist. To make it even worst they put the charges on my credit and I ask them to provide proof of the bill, they did not respond back. They purposely bring my credit down by adding $1 to the amount they put on my credit every month to bring my scores down. During my research trying to dispute their charges I found out that the dentist has been under probation the board of dentistry. They have a very bad business Ethics and they are very Unprofessional. 10 months ago I wrote a generic post not detailing everything I felt regarding this dentist. He had a wonderful staff then and they are still great today. 7/30/18. My visit today sealed my decision not to return to this office due to several reasons. They always say that you get what you pay for, well although I decided to come back today I was very hesitant because although he's personable, my experience in his chair both previous times was VERY painful and ROUGH. I went back because he had my records and now that I am unemployed I would be paying out of pocket. It has not been a year since my last examination, but he chose to charge me for another one anyway. His staff tried to help as best they could but he chose not to budge even though I've been with him since I moved back. While I understand that certain policies have to be followed, it has not been a year yet and as far as I'm concerned ALMOST doesn't equal IS. So my suggestion is if you choose to use him, be prepared for a possibly painful experience. (BEFORE) My visit was very professional and comfortable. Dr. Ezunu and his team are professionals and offer first class dental care services to their patients. Patient's dental health is Dr. Ezunu top priority not necessarily the cost of care given.

Very flexible when I had to reschedule my visits. Always give thorough service and cleaning. Have never had an issue with them

The doctor was doing a painful process on me and was screaming at me telling me that I need to shutup and take the pain. He said I'm "grown" and if I don't stop complaining that he doesn't care I can just go home. Very rude and inconsiderate.

Painful Experience, Very rude staff and unprofessional dentist they charge up what you don't need and what they did not do to your insurance. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable and experience dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ezunu for a decade now. He's the best! He practice is clean, and welcoming, and the ladies are great! I am a patient for life, along with my wife.

Had two wisdom teeth pulled out... I was worried it was going to be a pain but it took Dr. Ezunu like 5min (4min for the painkillers to kick in and about 45sec to pull both teeth out lol...) and I was done... awesome experience. I wish I had more wisdom teeth... not really... more wisdom definitely!

I used to think all dentists were sadists, which is why I stayed away from the dentist for so long. The dentist is very kind and went out of his way to make sure that I was comfortable. I'm 38 weeks pregnant, so that's not easy to do. He was very kind and reassuring. I went in with the intention of having a tooth pulled bc i was in so much pain and currently don't have insurance. He found a way to save my tooth without breaking my wallet. He found an option that I could afford. I love his assistant. She is very sweet and gentle. These are good people. I never thought I'd be one to vouch for a dentist, as I was terrified of them until day, but these folks will take care of you. I have been visiting Dr. Ezunu since 2005. Dr. He is awesome and his staff members are very helpful. Especially I would like to mention assistant Birute - she explains everything in detail, so overall - the service is great. I am always getting compliments on my smile. They keep up with your appointment reminders which always help me to stay on track with my dental hygiene. I highly recommend using them for your complete dental care. You won't be sorry!!! I had an amazing experience here! From the moment I stepped in, friendly and professional staff made me feel comfortable and at ease, event though I dread going to the dentist.
