I have been with this doc for at least 5 years and just had a appt and is the first time she seemed to care no major issues so that was ok ,but i missed a apt after my yearly appt for health reasons and was out of my medicine ,and took 2 weeks to get a hold of her to make another appt before i could get the refills ,because of the hours she keeps ect.,and when you get a hold of the secretary and leave a message ,you get no call back ,I was given a referral a nutritionist 4 months ago and the referral still has not gone through as of today

Horrible staff! Do not choose this as your doctors office! Staff are extremely unprofessional! I had an appointment for 1015 this morning I arrived at 10am as an established patient! The rude front desk person Patel, took my insurance card and walked out of of the office on the phone! I waited in the lobby until 1048am at which point Patel walked back into the office. At this point I was completely annoyed after waiting almost 35minutes. Patel then called me to the desk and told me my copay was $85! Working in health insurance and being knowledgeable about my own insurance I knew that was incorrect because I had met my deductible already. When I stated to her that it was incorrect she demeaningly asked if I wanted to call my insurance! First of all, insurance verification is the office responsibility not the patient!.. I replied to her that her information was incorrect and that I could show her on my insurance portal my deductible was met. She then went on to say she’ll put me in but I will probably receive a bill! What?!! I then stated again my appointment was at 1015 and it was now 1050! No apology! Nothing! Once I was called back I sat in the exam room until 1125!! At which point I walked out of the office!!! If you want to feel like your time isn’t important, or like your health is not important to your doctors office or doctor by all means choose this office! Otherwise, go somewhere else!!!!

I have been going to Dr. Williams for 13 years, the staff is amazing!

Dr Williams is Awesome. She has been my Family Medicine dr for the last 8 yrs. Although I? don’t see her often, Every visit I? have with her is informational and pleasant. But the morning receptionist, whom I’ve encountered almost every visit, personality doesn’t match hers though. Ironic.

She seemed very disinterested during my visit, but went through all the motions. The office encouraged me to join the patient portal & wanted me to make a follow up apt. When I came back, a week later, it cost me another $30 co-pay & I waited over an hour in the office. My apt was early in the morning & she didn't start calling people to the bsck for the first 20 min. The all Dr. Williams told me was everything looked fine. Couldn't that have been covered in the patient portal?

First time here and I may never come back. The grounds are nice and clean. Everyone was pleasant. However, When I finally got to the back and spoke with Dr. Williams about the fact that I have terrible anxiety and may need medication for the first time in my life, she said okay and sent me to get blood but nothing else was mentioned on treating the anxiety. Also the check up was sloppy and felt rushed. I am going to look elsewhere.

Waiting time at least over 2 hours, service really to be much better, if you coughing, she really will avoid you, so it's worst, what I saw!

I had the most horrible experience today at Dr. Williams' office with her assistant, Jackie and Dr. Williams. It started from a bill I received in July 2015 with coding errors. I contacted the billing office to discuss the bill, they referred me to a another department and the billing account specialist told me to contact Dr. Williams. No one could help me and my account was transferred to collections. Jackie, said she's not the billing dept. and it was time for her lunch.

Horrible horrible experience. First, I call to make a first appointment(just moved here so I found her though my insurance in network list), the lady at the front desk didn't answer the phone in a professional manner. I believe she answered as hello with a lot of static in the background. Then, when I came in for my office visit, they forgot to do my biometric screening and the doctor, Tina Williams was scared to give me a physical breast exam. It was very awkward. I will never come back.
