This Doctor does not seem to have time to sit down and speak with a parent regarding her child. My daughter takes my Granddaughter and every time she goes the MD is in a rush, never can just sit down and answer a "concerned Moms question" smh. Never has enough staff, even before covid. It seems like She takes on more patients then she can handle. She diagnosis without enough information. I just recently changed from Dr. Fatema's office. My boys had been going to her for approximately 6 years and my daughter for the last four years. I will say that Dr. Fatema has always been nice to me and my child, however there was no personal touch to any of our interactions. Everytime I brought my children in, it felt like a brand new visit because the doctor has no idea who they were, nor did she read the charts for a point of reference. Dr. Fatema came to the hospital when my daughter was born for the first check up, and when I went in for the follow up visit and every visit thereafter, it was if she had no recollection of seeing my child before. The wait to see the doctor is always upwards of an hour, even if we had an appointment. It seems that they schedule multiple children at the same time without enough employees to facilitate it. This office has diagnosed my daughter with strep throat more times than I can count. I got a second opinion the last time and there was no indication of strep. I finally decided it was time for me to move on from this practice and I am very happy I did, as the new doctor I selected has exceeded my expectations and this was just the first visit. I will say Dr. Fatema's office is flexible with their schedule and if I needed an appointment I could get in, but if you are looking for that personal touch I would not suggest them. I love Fatima ! I take all my 3 boys with her. I've been with Fatima over 5 years . She is amazing and I love that she remembers my kid ❤.

She is very very rude and arrogant. I will never ever recommend her to any one. Please think twice before u go to visit her. Nasty place

I love Dr Fatema she has been seeing my two boys for two years now and I honestly have no complaints. She’s a very compassionate lady and always goes into detail about any treatment needed for the boys. I appreciate how personal she is also concerned she’s an Amazing Pediatrician.

I have four kids and they all have been to see Dr.Fatema! I have been going to her for fourteen years!! I will only ever trust her with our kids!! She is a great pediatrician and the wait is never to long!

Dr. Fatema and her staff (Gloria) are very kind and helpful. Dr. Fatema takes her time with patients, is knowledgeable, and has a very kind manner. I took my grandson there for his first doctor visit and he had a great experience. Now he is not afraid to go to get examined or get shots. I loved the no hassle appointment process was and appreciate them scheduling that same day! I didnt have to wait long either. What a refreshing thing to happen in Gwinnett county these days (2021) with almost a million people!

My daughter was tested abnormal for Hypothyroidism which requires a specialist's treatment. When Dr. Fatema talked to me on the phone, she expressed that she would send out the paper to the specialist asap. Three days later, I followed up with her and found out from the hospital she did not. 10 days later, nothing happed and I called her again and found out she did not submit the test result again to the hospital. This is EXTREMELY IRRESPONSIBLE to the patient. She cannot be trusted.

The Office is so dirty I am scared for my child and I bring him here because is quick but now is to much I am not coming back I think she never clean her office this is my last time the one before this time my daughter bought him and she told me she was rude so bye

The walls in the rooms were dirty. She diagnosed my kid with strep throat - but we went in because she had diarrhea, not a sore throat. I got suspicious and got a second opinion. She didn't have strep throat. Good thing I didn't give her all those unnecessary antibiotics.

Honestly this office doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I’m a first time mom, my daughter is 2.5 and we’ve been coming to Dr. Fatemah since she was born. It was the WORST decision I’ve made to date concerning my child. My last encounter with Dr. Fatemah literally lasted within minutes because she had to go pick up her daughter. Each and every time I’ve called or come in concerning my child’s health and well-being, Dr. Fatemah has either rushed us out or never offered any real medical advice. The only thing she’d ever say is give her this over-the-counter drug or say that my daughter looked fine. Each and every time we came to the office, we waited at least 40-45 mins to be seen and then an extra 20-30 minutes for her to come to the room. There’s always different people working there. I even had one of her students ask if my child’s father was around. I’m married. I guess it’s because I’m black and they figured they needed to make sure. I was furious and should’ve left then. I’m expecting my second child next year and I can guarantee you, Dr. Fatemah will NOT be seeing them or my daughter. So unprofessional and I would never recommend her to anyone. Worst experience ever! I took my child there because she was getting 101 to 103 fever and it kept coming back even though I gave her Motrin. First of all she doesn't know how to act with children. She was really rough and was in a rush. She checked her for strep throat using a swab and saw nothing wrong with her throat. She was so rough that my daughter threw up all over. Then she checked her ears and told me i should put warm olive oil in her ears(!) because she can't see it through so she can't tell me if there's an infection. My daughter was suffering in so much pain I could tell and didn't sleep all night that night. I took her to the urgent care next day and the doctor took one look at her throat and boom! She had strep throat that looked really bad and her throat was really swollen. I don't know how could she miss that! I'm really disappointed and never going back there again! Worst experience ever! Dr Fatema is great. However this clinic is disgusting. There is no change table available. There is no soap in the bathroom. The doors have dirty handprints everywhere.There are cockroaches in the lights. It's just incredibly disgusting and the receptionist totally messed up our appointment and wasted half our day. Great Dr my baby has been seen by her since birth,she is now 12. We travel from Gainesville,Georgia because she is a kind Dr that speaks truth and is compassionate about others. I wish I had money to buy her a new office,she deserves that.????????????????????

I absolutely LOVE Dr. Fatema! She has been my kids' pediatrician for almost five years. Very straightforward and caring. Even if a medical student sees my kids, she always come in to talk with us and go over any questions and/or concerns. Wait times can be long but bearable.

I have been taking my daughter to this doctors office since she has been born.I have ins but haven't met my deductible,so they turned me away.Even after advising them that I would pay tomorrow. My daughter was bitten and they just turned her away without a care. I will definitely find her a new pediatrician. One who offices would at least care enough to wait 24 hours
