I had a great experience at dr.khans.i got along with the secretary like old friends. I was treated with love and kindness.definitley a comfortable atmosphere.

This review is merely on the service that my mother received from the office personnel not the doctor. Why because she was never seen. My mother had an appointment scheduled for Monday January 7th 2019 with Dr. Khan at 2:40pm. My mother arrived an hour before to fill out paperwork. When she arrived she told the receptionist she was a new patient and if she could have the paperwork to fill out. The receptionist told her just a second I’ll be with you. She helped other people as soon as they came who were also new patients. Gave them paperwork and just ignored my mother. My mother approached her another time asked her about paperwork again and she just brushed her off by telling her again to wait. All the other patients that came after her were seen by the doctor. My mother waited until 4:30pm and was never helped by the receptionist. My mother felt highly discriminated because she doesn’t speak fluently in English. That’s now how you treat patients. Patients should be treated equally not based by their ethnicity or the color of their skin. Even the other receptionist who works with another provider said that it was not right when my mother stood up to leave. The doctor should know the type of staff that is representing and welcoming patients to the practice doesn’t treat all people the same. It’s not professional and it’s very disrespectful. I won’t recommend anyone to go to this practice not because of Dr. Khan but the unprofessional receptionist who treats patients differently based on how the look. While Dr. Ijaz Khan MD is truly the best at what he does...kind, courteous,professional great bedside manner you will need to go through Pam..who unfortunately is unfamiliar. with how to run a front office. This review is based on over a year of interaction. By several members of the family who each went with an open mind and a lot of patience. Pam is not only unable to fill out basic paperwork but has challenging people skills. Dealing with her is like pulling teeth. Very stressful.

He is warm and caring. He made me feel comfortable .
