Dr. Imelda Andaya Sia

I went to her to get some forms filled out for work. I felt she couldn’t understand what I was trying to convey and she wasn’t able to explain properly what she wanted to explain about my complex situation and why she couldn’t help me. Left me in tears. Then, to make it worse she laughs when I am crying. Yes, you read that right. I asked why she’s laughing. She said because I’m not understanding. Maybe she thought laughing would make things better!! I got frustrated and she gets even more frustrated and laughs again that I am not understanding. A doctor should be able to understand, explain precisely what she means, and also not makes matters worse. She failed to do all three! Luckily her NP was there and was able to explain somewhat. Terrible experience! I wish I could give her 0 stars. Imagine a doctor laughing in your face when you’re in tears!

Take a snack, lunch and possibly dinner. You will be waiting a long long time. I recommend this office only for those who do not mind loosing hours of their time..

I had a covid pcr test last Friday April 29th, they said it's a 2-5 day wait. So I waited patiently, It's already May 5th, and I really need the result so I can go back to work. So I called their office, was on hold for 15 minutes, spoke with 2 people had give my info twice. I politely asked them, when my result will come in. And it is there, so I asked them when the result came in, the receptionist said, it came in on APRIL 30. I WAITED 5 DAYS FOR THE RESULT. I ASKED THE RECEPTIONIST, WHEN WERE THEY PLANNING TO CALL ME, OBVIOUSLY, NO ANSWER. AND SHE HAD THE AUDACITY TO LIE TO ME, SAYING THE RESULT WASN'T IN THE SYSTEM YET. If you're a new patient look elsewhere. I decided to try this office out as my new primary care physician, I waited for 3 hours and finally gave up and left. Everyone there went and left before I was seen. Maybe if you know the doctor personally they'll get to you. I was one of 3 people that complained about how long they were taking and they just kept saying "they're delayed" Delayed from their inability to properly schedule. It's absolutely the worst place I've been that does care. My Fiancé had lab results done back in November and still don't know the results. The timing is horrible, they don't keep up with paperwork and they don't listen for anything. I don't know how It's rated a 3 at this point. Has go to be some fake people rating this

Writing review as I am currently in the office. Arrived shortly after 3 pm, waited one hour to be called in. I am here for a quick urine test and physical exam for work. I’ve been here 2 hours now and I’m being held here for over 35 minutes now just to wait for a signature from the doctor. Staff does not wash hands before or after patient care. My heart rate, O2 saturation, respiratory rate and temperature was written down on the form before they were even checked. Office could use some cleaning as equipment and rooms are dusty. Not to be picky, but it should be a hygienic environment. I did not see the physician, only an NP and the aid. I never write reviews but felt that I should now. Finally, after almost 45 minutes, I’m being told I can leave and that there was no need to wait. Writing review as I am currently in the office. Dr. Imelda sia I have been seeing for 8 years now..... She is an outstanding Dr I will let you know..... She also spends extra time on Dr visits if needed, and therefore is very thorough..... She has been working with me for years on my specific health problems.... I don't believe another Dr. Would have diagnosed my health issues like she has..... She always listens to all conditions, and is willing to listen to her patients.... Not in and out of office like a lot of other doctors.... it may be a little longer wait in the waiting room, but the wait is well worth it..... Dr Sia is one of the best PCP, she is super friendly and never ignore any of your symptoms. Staffs are friendly, they could be overwhelmed but yet and still take care of our family.

Dr Sia is our Family Physician since 2000. She treats me and my wife with utmost dignity and respect. She gives her true diagnosis of our illness and proper treatment we needed to get us cured. We are highly satisfied with the care and love that she imparts to all of us her patients. Thanks Dr Sia ????????

My family and I have been coming to Dr. Sia's office since I was a kid. The staff are very friendly and always helpful. Virginia is the best! Great service and great people!

I have been going here since I was kid with my parents. My whole family, including my grandparents and aunts and uncles, all go here and we have stayed with this clinic because we love the staff and the service we get. The staff and the doctor are all very kind, patient, and helpful.

Wait time is 3 hours. No matter how early you get there, still same. Not the doctors fault but the management.

My advised to you its to go somewhere else!!! I took my grandma to her appointment at 9am. We arrived 15 minutes early to our surprise that we had to wait an extra hour and half to see a doctor. Go somewhere your time its valued!

I had an appointment at 10:00 am. It is now 12:09pm. There was 6 people in the waiting area. And asked some of us to wait in the car. I have not been called to be seen. My husband went in to ask why I haven’t been seen yet. One of the nurses told him they are getting my room cleaned up... 30 mins ago! The doctor and nurse were very rude and their service is not so great. I had to cancel an important trip because I didn’t get my covid test results sooner which I understood it was going to take 3-5 days so I was being patient. Within the 6th day by the end of the day I had to call them and they said I was negative. And according to my test results I received it says that they had the results already 2 days before I called and before I had to leave out of town so I was pretty upset. I got an odd (creepy?) vibe from this place when I entered. And the doctor was ... Ok... I think. She just was half doing a check up, half bullying me. It was very weird. She used her computer a lot... Stared at it most of the time... But was also caring (a bit) when she was doing the actual check up. Worst part was that the clinic seemed to be very full of patients when I stepped out of the doctor's office, and some were coughing and stuff (it should have been very natural to hear ppl cough at a doctor's office, but the waiting room felt like serious sickness), and by the time I got out to my car I was seriously light-headed and threw up twice right onto their lawn. Wait times are extremely long regardless of appointment (3 hours typically). Dr Sia will laugh in your face when you mention any problems and say you’re faking it. Extremely unprofessional and should not have a medical license.

Made a schedule in the evening for a new patient visit. Got there for them to tell me the time they themselves scheduled me for is too late for a new patient appointment. I had to tell the receptionist 10 times I didn’t want to reschedule.

EXTREMELY long wait. 3+ hours to be seen by the doctor

Horrible wait time, staff does not care at all and talk in very condescending manner. I had to go for company mandated drug test and I checked in at 8:10 AM and there was only one person in the waiting room. Despite their timings from 8:00AM staff was coming in around 9:00. I was attended at 9:10 AM. Even-though the letter issued by my company clearly stated to not to ask for SSN, they were adamant to provide. Very long waiting time, 3 hours. Don't bother making an appointment, because they also take walk-ins and they will be placed ahead of you. No consideration for the patient's time at all. Go somewhere else if you value your time.

This place is seriously a joke!!! Went there about a week ago with a stomach issue the nurse practitioner told me that soda and pizza might cause these problems seriously?!?! Who even said something about pizza and soda. Waited so long the doctor didn’t even bother coming and seeing me. After they told me to give them urine sample I was so furious got up and left without telling them. Every time I gone I waited 3 hours. I went to see why my bones feel so week and every time I bend my arms or legs I get tingling feeling right away. I get a call back she said I’m dehydrated when I don’t believe that because I ONLY drink water at least 3 glasses of water everyday and everything else is normal. Dr SIA She is very helpful dr she is the best treat customers very nice and they have good and very kind team work . Make u feel like family . God blessed you guys

The nurses are very friendly, nurse Virginia is very professional and sweet. There’s a long wait sometimes, and that’s normal when you’re getting a good service and the lowest price in the area.

Very Busy Office but when it came time for my visit it slowed down in examination room. I was talked to and listened to. I feel that Dr Sia and staff will care for me with my best interests in mind. I am not from the area and need a Primary Physician away from my home and I feel I have made an excellent choice.

She is a very good doctor and very compassionate. She will go out of her way to help patients taken cared of. She takes her time to see the patient and makes sure she answers all the questions that we have. I always recommend her to my friends and family. We love Dr Sia.

This office has absolutely no respect for their patient’s time. I have never waited less than an hour. The last time a prescription refill took over an hour. There is one nurse that is so rude she has made me cry on multiple occasions. Both times I needed surgery, one for an emergency appendectomy, and the second time for an emergency (once again) hysterectomy, she said I had a bladder infection. Thank god I went to an emergency room both times after receiving her diagnosis. The first time I was in after my hysterectomy I was asked why I don’t have any kids yet... seriously? Dr. Sia is the absolute BEST! Berminda is awesome too! Anytime I need a referral Dr. Sia is there to help. When I'm in pain, she is available always to see me. She has been great to me for many years now. She is one Doctor that definitely listens to her patients!

Dr. Sia is a personable, compassionate and caring doctor I've ever had. She follows-up on us when we have to go to specialist. Due to many patients believing in her, she and her staff works beyond working hours to accomodate everyone including walk-ins. Time is of the essence thus waiting time should be given attention for consideration/satisfaction of everyone.

My mother had been coming to this place for a long time. Every time there is miscommunication given to my mother. She is due for surgery and needed a surgical clearance and when she visited this place Dr. Sia only did Blood pressure and overall look. She then gave this paper to the surgery Dr. and they were very disappointed that no surgical clearance was done. No X-ray, blood work or EKG. There is a wait as you would expect with any clinic but the staff is exceptionally friendly and Dr. Sia definitely takes the time to understand her patients. There is a reason this place has been the cornerstone for health care for a long, long time.

I walked in and there was only one other person in the waiting room so I assumed this would go quickly....wrong! I waited 2 hrs and 24 mins to see this doctor and when she came into the room she asked me how long have I had shoulder pain and after I answered, her very next words were "Im going to send you to an Ortho" *blank stare* No exam from her, no smile...nothing! My time and money was wasted on this doctor! In 2 hours and 24 minutes someone could've said Dr Sia won't treat shoulder pain!

Don't bother making an appointment, as this office takes walk ins, your appointment is sure to go beyond the one hour mark. Front office staff is very unfriendly and no smiles whatsoever. I've never seen such unhappy staff as i do at this place. The only friendly and upbeat one was the phlebotomist. After complaining if certain symptoms and proving through blood tests, another dr I went to finally was able to tell me I was over medicated. Don't waste your time- youre better off elsewhere

Excessive wait times. Inability to keep schedules. Rude, cold and unsympathetic medical assistants. Following up for weeks to resolve prescription issues with pharmacy and despite multiple calls and followups her staff just doesn't seem to care. The doctor is adept but her staff is a nightmare to deal with. Better off elsewhere.
