Dr Lulia O'Neill, is a wonderful physician who is caring and thorough in finding out what medical issues are present in regards to your health and medical needs besides excellent bedside manners.

Worst experience I’ve ever had I made an appointment for 6:45 PM I arrived at 6:30 called When I arrived the girl said she would call me back when a room is ready waited till 815 Pm Still no service with a empty doctors office asked How much longer it would be no answer from the girl I had to leave with no doctors visit

Be prepared to wait 45min to 1 hour inside the exam room every single time.

I have been going to Dr. O'Neill for approximately 17 years. Because I've moved a few times since I started going to her, I drive a distance to see her and often think that I should find a doctor closer to home, but I find myself continuing to see her because she is very caring, very thorough, and she takes the time to listen to what you are saying. I trust her immensely. She also tries to find ways to cure my ailments without simply handing me a Rx because she knows that's important to me.

Please read this!!! I wasn't feeling like myself and knew something was wrong Oct of 2017. I found Dr. O'Neil by looking online for a doctor near me because I had just relocated back from IA to IL with my employer. Well, Dr. O'Neil has been my doctor every since that time and I will drive no matter how far to allow her to continue being my primary care provider. I was in terrible shape! I've since lost 110lbs, no longer on diabetic medicine, cholesterol. I followed every single advice Dr. O'Neil has provided me over the years and I can honestly say my diabetes is no longer present, nor is my high blood pressure. Thank you so much Dr. O'Neil. She is truly a God sent.

Awesome doctor fantastic bedside manners, great staff, honest cares about her patients she spends time with you not rushing in and out of patient rooms. Very well respected physician .... I wish I could give her more stars

Dr. Oniel is an amazing doctor! Her staff is real nice, and my experience personally with her has for the most part been quite a good one. My only issue with this office is that you never get seen on time. They will call you and get you into the room right away, but for the doctor to come in and see you takes atleast an hour. So you’re not seen at the time of your scheduled appt. I have had to wait over an hour each time to be seen. I really wish they would coordinate this a little better. I work from home and make appts during times I have a break in between work and sometimes I have to reschedule my meetings if I’m running late . I love Dr. Oniel as my primary care doctor, but please coordinate your appts better and lessen the extremely long wait times. Dr. Oniel is an amazing doctor! Amazing doctor! I have been seeing this doctor for 15 years. She is very knowledgeable, professional, kind, caring and compassionate.

Dr. O'Neil is very nice and caring. Many thanks to her kindness and professionalism. I greatly appreciate her. Staff is extremely rude, unprofessional, it needs to change. When it is time for an appointment i hope not to deal w the staff. Wait time is a concern, hopefully it improves.

I went to this office in December to get the last use of my health insurance benefits before the year ended. After calling and confirming with this office that my visit was covered by my insurance I proceeded to make the appointment. A few weeks later I got a $200 + bill in the mail for this visit. I called the doctors office confused about this and they advised me to call my insurance and see what they say. My insurance company confirmed again that my plan covered the doctor visit I just had and said that looking at the paperwork they noticed the Dr. Office typed in the wrong code for the insurance coverage. They asked me to tell the doctors office to resubmit the information with a different coding (preventative vs annual) and my insurance would be happy to cover it. After telling this to the doctors office they responded saying they would not do that and it was "unethical". I called my insurance back and they offered to call the office and speak to them for me. My health insurance called the doctors office and the office would not budge with the resubmission. I then decided to move on with my life and just pay the $200+ bill. After paying it I then got ANOTHER BILL in the mail. I called the office and they said it was for lab fees. I asked to speak to the doctor but she was unavailable. I continued to call 6 or 7 more times over the coarse of a couple months without any success leaving voicemails and messages with multiple employees. I even told one employee that I would write a terrible yelp review if I didn't hear back. So here I am. My other family members also have gone to Dr. O'Neill for many years so I am very disappointed to see the lack of concern and communication. A couple family members stopped going to this doctors office and I see why. Eventually I stopped receiving the bill in the mail and because of that I stopped attempting to call. A couple months later I am notified by my insurance that my credit score had been effected because of a collections request from this doctors office. Thank you to this doctors office and Dr. O'Neill for this horrible experience. The other reviews are true about waiting at least an hour after your scheduled appointment. Make sure you clear a few hours at least of your day when visiting here. Updated review- I have gotten a response to my review from the doctors office (below) and am unsure of how or if I can reply to it so I have just decided to edit my original review with a response added. I sent the information the doctors office asked for immediately after reading their response and have not heard back. It has been almost a month now. I am not surprised. Go figure they are not getting back to me or helping resolve this issue. I have not received anything in the mail or email. If I could review this office as zero stars I would. DR. IS WONDERFUL !!!! THE STAFF at the front desk not so much, they are rude, not welcoming. They didn’t Ben greet me or say hello. When I walked to the desk to hand them the paperwork not one of them took it i literally had to push my hand through the Qi Dow to hand it to someone. They barley look at you in the eye! SUPER RUDE!!! Staff But THE DOC IS AMAAAAZIINNGGG and goes out of her way. Do something about your office manager too I went to get my blood drawn and I hear over the phone how she spoke to the lady that was drawing my blood. DR Iulia O'Neill is amazing! I am always so comfortable to go to see her. She is very kind and professional and I feel I am getting the best care. I would recommend her to everyone. I would give her more than 5 stars.

Dr ONeill is great when you finally get to see her. The problem here is that for the last 4 years, I've never waited less than 45 minutes to see her. Today, my appointment was at 5:00. Its a little past 6 now and I have yet to be called back to the 2nd waiting room. Unacceptable!

Best doctor I have ever seen!

Excellent Physician. Genuinely cares deeply for her patients. The best I have ever had.

Dr Oniell is awesome. She is very thorough in her investigation in symptoms and ensures nothing serious is going on.

Dra O'Neill is a very passionate doctor who cares for the greater good of her patients. Everytime I come in, I have a great experience with the staff. She is the best

I've been using Dr. O'Neill as my primary care physician for over a decade now. I chose her because she is compassionate, straight-forward, and proactive with my health care. I can speak freely with her, she truly cares, and gives excellent medical care. She listens to your medical issues and concerns as a patient, and works with you to address them, with kindness and consideration.

One of the best medical doctors practicing in the Dupage county area....I highly recommend Dr. Lulia O'neill, as a doctor of high integrity, morals, standards and the wonderful with the bedside manners that you as a patient wish for. She is a humane, compassionate, empathetic, and extremely supportive doctor that you can trust. Mothers she is excellent for your children as well!!

She has time to listen to my questions , she accept and involve my opinion in my plan of care. She has time to call and discuss any procedure and lab results and things that need to be done. I can open up with her, feel confident under her care.
