Dr. Indrani Sen Hightower

Unfortunately I did not have a positive experience with Dr. Hightower and her staff. At my one and only appointment I waited over 1.5 hours with no explanation for the delay. Then when I tried to call the office, no one EVER answers the phone. Also, no one EVER returns a phone call once you leave a message. Needless to say, I never returned for a follow-up visit and had to be seen by another provider.

Dr. Hightower is very compassionate and takes the time to listen. We work as a team to determine what is best for my body and mental well being. I highly recommend Dr. Hightower to help you through your MS journey.

Excellent care. Dr Hightower cares and always gives you a sense of security. I can always count on her when I need advice. No question whether it’s big or small she will take the time to help me. She reaches out to help me any time of the day or night and that gives me a sense of security no other doctor has ever done for me.

I would recommend Dr Hightower she is a great physician.

I don't often write reviews, but on occasion, someone in their field of expertise stands out and the little effort it takes to recognize hard work, dedication and caring is the least I can do. Dr. Hightower is one of those few people in their field who truly deserves recognition. Not only is Dr. Hightower incredibly intelligent, and keeps current on various treatment options, she shows a level of caring and true concern that is unmatched imo. I simply don't know of a physician who takes her job as seriously and is as reliable as Dr. Hightower. Everyday that she cares for my Mother, our family appreciates her.

Dr. Hightower is wonderful! The only reason I gave 4 stars is the wait time has way too long on most of my visits, but the is really good.

Dr. Hightower has been seeing me for several years. She has always taken the time to listen and never makes me feel rushed during my appointment. She truly cares about helping me find the best treatment options for my chronic migraines. She is knowledgeable and always stays up to date with current migraine treatments.

Dr Hightower really take the time to go over everything with you. she dose an amazing job. very easy to talk to.

I have been seeing Dr Hightower for my MS for over two years now. I am very satisfied with her. She is very caring and thorough. Willing to go the extra mile with whatever you may need. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor to help me with my MS.

Dr Hightower was very helpful in diagnosing what was best for my wife who has Alzheimer’s. She is very knowledgeable with the latest available options that can help in dealing with this sickness. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Hightower has been great. Being diagnosed with a life long disease can be overwhelming. Dr. Hightower has worked with me to see that I can still keep my lifestyle and manage my symptoms. She has been great. Friendly, very easy to talk to and stays on top of cutting edge treatments. I couldn't ask for more.

Dr. Hightower truly cares for her patients. She spends the time to hear what they have to say and doesn't rush them out. You are more than a number to her. She is very knowledgeable in her career field and listens to the patient to tailor a treatment plan. She also explains the medications and conditions so that the patient feels engaged as a partner in their health Care and course(s) of treatment.

Dr. Hightower is very easy to talk to. She explained my tests, diagnoses and treatment in ways that are understandable to me.

Wow, what’s a breath of fresh air. Finding a doctor that listens to you and gets to the bottom of your problems. Doesn’t rush you and never wait long at my appointments. Very thorough and compassionate. I have been to so many Drs and couldn’t get answers, finally have. Well worth the drive. Relieved.

Dr. Indrani is an outstanding dr. Who has exception skills and knowledge. She has made me feel more understood and cared for when I was scared with all the new symptoms of my disease. I would highly recommend her to anyone who has needs a neurologist.

Dr. Hightower has been a rock in my MS care. She explains and even draws pictures to show me what is going on in my brain and spinal cord. I can call her with an issue and she calls me back herself. I went to another neurologist who wanted to poke and prod me and she read my scans and did non-invasive testing to diagnose me. I drive from PA just to see her. She simply has the best bedside manner and is truly interested in helping me live my life to the fullest.

Dr. Hightower has cared for me since my stroke. She has been supportive and informative to me as well as my caregiver. She is extremely knowledgeable and softens offers many suggestions for exercises as well as materials to help me find and understand my new normal! All while continuing to try to regain what I've lost!

Dr. Hightower is my favorite doctor. I used to get horrible migraines almost everyday and now I very rarely have any thanks to her excellent care. She is always super nice and is the type of doctor that you can tell really cares about her patients.

Dr. Indrani Sen Hightower was extremely knowledgeable and personable. She took the time to understand what was going on, she reviewed MRI/MRA results and explained them to me in a way I could understand what they meant. She also shared some of her experiences which made me feel even more comfortable. When dealing with potential issues with the brain, it was comforting to have a personal connection. She referred me to another specialist for follow-up and that doctor was also outstanding.

Dr. Indrani Sen Hightower is a brilliant,compassionate, and outstanding physician,. She takes her time and explains things in ways where a patient can understand. She is very knowledgable in all aspects of neurology, and is an outstanding physician. I would recommend her to anyone have neurological problems.

Dr. Sen Hightower diagnosed in 5 minutes what my prior doctors couldn't find. She spend time to sit and talk to me and understand all the problems I was having to make the correct diagnosis. She gave me hope for my parkinsons & explained in detail how the medicine would help and all of the aspects of my disease. I left her office feeling optimistic and for the first time saw that I could be the active person I once was.

I am seeing Dr. Sen for help with what I think is ADD. I have been struggling for years & was afraid to go to the doctor since I'm older and am afraid of the types of medicines I may get put on. Dr. Sen sat with me and explained why I may or may not have ADD and what exactly we are going to do to find out. She also explained the different types of medicines and calmed my fears of taking them.

Dr. Hightower was very patient and listened to my fears and concerns. She didn't rush my visits. She reassured me that everything was going to be ok. She went through all testing with me and was very thorough. I am very appreciative of the care Dr. Hightower provided. She didn't just dismiss my concerns. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Sen has been my neurologist for close to 7 years now and she has been wonderful! She always listens to exactly what your telling her is wrong and will always find a way to help. I even bring my father to see her who has full Alzheimer's and she's so awesome,kind and understanding with him. He's almost fully blind and his hearing is also just about gone. Dr. Sen is great with him! I would recommend Dr. Indrani Sen Hightower to anyone who is in need of a neurologist 100%!!! Thank you !

Dr Sen Hightower is intuitive, thorough and knowledgeable. She explained the diagnosis and walked me through the testing and treatment procedure so I was well prepared. Her kind and gentle manner is a rarity in this day of insurance controlled medical treatment.

I have been a patient of Dr Sen for 12 years. She has always taken time to explain the details of my disorder and treatment. She is extremely honest as she is not ashamed to tell me when she is unsure. I briefly saw a different neurologist and gained even more appreciation for her honesty, courtesy, down to earth demeanor and ability. It took me just over a year to find her after leaving Woodbury Neurology but recently found her. She is now practicing at Bromley Neurology in Audubon.

We have been with Dr. Indrani Sen for over 10 years now she is wonderful! So happy we found her again practicing at her new location.
