Dr. Bromley & his nurse misdiagnosed me with MS. Multiple visits with wishy washy answers. I was quickly passed to Brandee his nurse due to him being busy. A long wait and unorganized, grumpy staff. They never answer the phone, they hang up on you. The house/office is very outdated and not very clean. I was given MS injections but went with my gut and got 2 more opinions. I 100% do not have MS. I found a knowledge neurologist and I’m so grateful. I do not recommend this office.

Been a patient 10 plus years.ALWAYS waited 1 and a half to 3 hours for appts., mostly toward the 3. Twice ask to go to lunch after waiting 2 and a half hrs.because he had a meeting. Office was responsible for giving my medication 3 months late causing at least 2 mos of excruciating pain. Dr. Said "sorry BUT we treat the worst of the worst" as if I had no right to expect proper care. This is not a caring doctor, he's a money grubbing monster.

I can not recommend this practice on a number of levels. Like so many others the biggest issue with this practice is the office staff. They are unprofessional and unorganized. They do not return calls and when you do get someone on the line the rude and short (in person and over the phone). Wait time for scheduled appt typically run 1-2 hours consistently. While Dr Bromley and Dr Hightower are good they will likely continue to receive these types of reviews and lose patients because of a poor office staff. I’ve left messaged for the Drs per their instructions that they say they never recd more than once. We have been patients for 2 years but are moving to another Neurologist. As patients we do not feel valued. Having to deal with this level of care or non care and deal with a chronic illness is more than we will continue to accept. My recommendation is to find another Neurologist.

Office staff extremely unprofessional. The wait for scheduled appointments is consistently 2 hours for Dr. Bromley. While he is excellent when you do finally see him his staff and the running of his office is poor to say the least. With the exception of a few the staff is nasty and unprofessional. I’ve seen numerous reviews about this but we continued to go because of the Dr. However after our next appt we will be informal how the Dr. we are moving on.

They are absolutely wonderful at the SJ MS Center. Dr. Bromley and Brandee as well as the office manager, Debbie are all professional, courteous and so caring. The Dr. and staff really make an effort in making you feel better. They go above and beyond any neurologist office I have ever been to in the past. Don't hesitate to visit.

Like most reviewers, the wait time to see Dr. Bromley is poor. When I feel a doctor is late because he or she is taking care of patients, I’m understanding. On a recent visit, the office was empty but still I had a two hour wait. Generally, I wait about 1.5 to 2 hours to see Dr. Bromley. I do really like him, find him very smart and personable, and I appreciate the time he takes with me. A neurologist like that is hard to come by so I intend to tolerate the frustrating wait. But know that the reviews are accurate and plan accordingly if you are considering seeing Dr. Bromley.

Dr.bromley is a fantastic doctor he knows and understands what your talking about

While he may be brilliant in his field, his loyalty and devotion to his patients is abysmal. In the three years I have gone to him, he started out great -- but the last two years it appears that running errands, leaving for lunch minutes before your appointment and taking phone calls during your appointment is far more important to him then actually listening and diagnosing your medical issues! I have waited as long as 90 minutes only to have him leave the building for "an errand"!

I have been a patient of Dr. Bromley for 13 years. He is very personable, knowlegable, thorough and exceptionally very caring. Can't get better than that! I also see Dr. Hightower who seems to have the seem atributes.k

Excellent Doctor. Highly recommend. Very caring and listens without rushing you. Helped me with a rare disorder I have. He researched it before I went for my appointment . Feeling much better since seeing him.

I've seen both Dr Bromley and Dr Hightower both are excellent Doc. Very knowledgeable and very caring when it comes to the care of their of patient's. I highly recommend either one if you are looking for a neurologist either one will be a win win situation.

Dr. Bromley is hands down the best doctor I ever had. But if you ever need his staff to fill out paperwork for you.... expect to wait forever and have to call to follow up about 100 times and a few headaches.

I have been a patient of Dr Bromleys for 12 years and would not see anyone else. He is compassionate and takes his time with each patient. I don't mind waiting because he is giving other patients the quality care he gives me. He does not give up until he figures out what is wrong and the best treatment. I am a complicated patient and he isn't intimidated by my case. I have received superior treatment. He is willing to battle insurance companies to get the care he feels his patients need.

Just got stood up for an appointment because the Dr. had an "important" lunch.

DR BROMLEY IS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL COURTEOUS GOOD HEARTED DOCTOR I HAVE ER SEEN IN MY 15 YEARS DISABILITY STATUS. I HAVE SEEN NUMEROUS DOCTORS OF ALL PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES AND I CANT SAY ENOUGH OF GREAT WORDS ENOUGH. I AM COMPLETELY. BLOWN AWAY BY HIS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE. HE IS A VERY SPECIAL MAN AND ARARE GEM OF A DOCTOR. NOW GO AND SEE FOR YOURSELF. YOULL BE AMAZED. THE HONOR IS ALL MIN. :)

Dr.Bromley offices used to be amazing and helpful that has definitely drastically changed for the worse. His office staff are nasty will bad mouth you for no reason and if you need help they will kick you when you are down. My husbands epilepsy almost killed him based on false information this "center " provided for care. It took an amazing team at Jefferson to help my husband within days that his 16 years with Dr. Bromley never achieved. He hired a new Dr!

Called to make appointment to see new dr I left my name and number still haven't received a call back,I heard dr bromly was a good dr. Sorry to say his office help stinks

Office staff hoodlums .. she just told me to take a hike when i called to say my 89 yr old father is getting bills in his name for his 40 yr old grandaughter who doesn't live with him. I think they need to be sued. Nastyass staff, need to be fired! She hung up on me twice! Your office will be reported.

Currently looking for a new neuro. Dr. Bromley is AMAZING and I hate to leave his care but it is impossible to get anyone on the phone or anything that you need relating to your health. I have been waiting for treatment by Dr. Bromley since MAY but his incompetent staff have yet to contact my insurance company on my behalf. I was told countless times that they have been understaffed the past two weeks (it has been MONTHS). How does an office allow their patients to continue to suffer?

Since Dr Bromley moved to this new location it's been downhill for me. Office waiting area is tiny and not well thought out, especially considering immobile patients, wheelchairs, walkers, etc... Staff is RUDE. The miserable woman at the front desk is soooo rude . She is rude on the phone, rude in person, and has zero people skills. This alone makes me never want to go back. They do NOT return calls EVER. They must be understaffed or don't care. I just found another Neurologist.
