Dr. Irene Alam Bailey

Wonderful visit the nurses and staff are nice and Dr. Bailey is good person and very polite been her patient for about 15 years

No, I would not recommend Dr. Bailey to anyone. Her practice is more like a fast food hamburger place than a real doctor's office. Mostly, I was examined by the nurse practitioner, and was not seen by Dr. Bailey at all. Also, Dr. Bailey refused to write me a new prescription from my previous doctor who had to close his office due to illness and like the VA had done. I wrote her to ask why and asked her to call me. She called and stated incorrect even though the correct information was in my medical file in her office. When I told her the correct information she became rude, unprofessional, and condescending. She said she would check the information and get back with me. That entire phone conversation lasted about four minutes. After over a month later and not hearing back from her I wrote her another letter terminating her as my doctor. Just recently I received a statement from my insurance showing that she charged my insurance $125.00 office visit for that short call.

I wish I had read the review before I went to Dr. Bailey. She is rude and the entire Office is arrogant and rude.

Poor quality medical advice, does not want to hear what you have to say. Her opinion is the only one that maters. Took blood and called in a prescription for statins [one week after my appointment], but not one person from her office contacted me to advise me of a high cholesterol condition or any other course of diet or lifestyle advice. She is just in it for the bucks. Save your money and go to a real doctor, she must have flunked the bedside manner class. She wants to be a Pri-Med style business, but her attitude and demeanor will drive you away.

Worst doctor visit that I have ever had. Dr. Baily failed to acknowledge any of my concerns. She instead said to me "If you don't insurance, don't come here." And proceeded to tell me to go home. I had to schedule my appointment a month and a half in advance, and then waited two hours past my appointment time to even be seen. I paid $100 dollars to be told that they would not help me and that I should see someone else. Not a single thing about this office that I would recommend. Awful service. I was made to feel unimportant, and no actual help was given.

She did not really listen to me before she would interrupt about how much she knew. Didn't seem to respect my concerns and was somewhat arrogant and rude.

Dr Irene Bailey gave my sister who is in late stage liver failure blood thinners. In liver failure the problem is that the blood will NOT clot so blood thinners could cause some one to bleed to death. My sister was admitted to the hospital through the emergency room. The hospitalist called Irene Bailey to tell her blood thinners were contradicted for this condition and should never be given to my sister. Irene Bailey argued that they were wrong and my sister needed blood thinner. Thank goodness the trip to the hospital saved my sister's life. My sister never went back to her but Bailey is still practicing.

Kept me waiting almost two hours. When I asked what took so long she stated she was trying to straighten out my insurance. I've had Medicare as primary and blue cross & blue shield as secondary since 1999. She insisted Medicare was not my primary. She was arrogant and rude. She has that I went to medical school so I'm god attitude. Would not let her see my dog.

I would never recommend this doctor to anyone. First, yes, the facility is beautiful and clean. Dr. Bailey is too busy being "smarter than you" to truly listen to your issues! I had physical showing symptoms that she wasnt concerned about because "I'm just tired because I'm a mom." Aside from her showing up to my room 2.5 HOURS after my scheduled appointment, she was rude, heartless and put incorrect information on my patient profile. Find yourself a better doctor.

I would not refer her. She was incredibly rude to me and instead of focusing on the reason for my visit, took the time to insult me and my way of life.
