Very knowledgeable and quality of care is incredible. We live out of town from Tallassee in several larger cities and have tried other eye doctors. We have always returned to Dr. Mullins as being much better than those doctors we tried in New York City and in Birmingham, Alabama.

Dr. Mullins explained stuff to me that I never had heard before. He asked questions about how I used contacts and glasses, and discussed how it all works as well as how my brain and eyes adapt. I highly recommend him.

We’ve always had the best care from Dr. Mullins and his staff!

Absolutely a wonderful experience always, going on 13 years! Highly recommend them! Caring, and always thorough! Grateful to have found him, and the staff are always so kind and knowledgeable as well

I have been a patient of Dr. Mullins for over 30 years. I will not go to another eye doctor if I can help it. They are super helpful, accessible and treat you like family. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough.

Doc has always taken care of my family. He is very thorough and spends time with each patient. He truly cares about his clients. Very thoughtful and professional.

The facility has been recently renovated and is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and I appreciate Dr. Pat’s energetic personality and expertise.

The building is newly renovated and very comfortable. Staff is very friendly. I highly recomend Dr. Mullins; for all you eye care needs.

Went to this office ,I won't go back again I pay in full first visit, The glasses was to strong they charge out still to strong,Third time recheck eye glasses good not what I wanted I end paying over $1000.00 I want recommendations to them

Went to this office.. never been to have my eyes checked before. Me and my wife.has had really really bad Expierence with this place. Went in good faith.. I couldn't nor my wife see out of the glasses. Pascribed by this office. Hers were to strong mine not enough. I would not Recomend them to Anyone !!

I’ve worn glasses for 37 years, and require annual exams every year. I visited this office for the first time 3 years ago and could not be happier with the attention and care I’ve received from Dr. Mullins and his staff!

Friendly staff

Rarely do I give reviews, simply because I don’t like putting my name/info out there. With that being said, I do not understand why there is only ONE review for such a phenomenal doctor and his awesome staff. Even though I may have just been lucky, I was able to make an appointment the same day I called (a patient of record). They followed state Covid protocol, and I saw nothing out of the ordinary. They are to be commended for that. Dr. Mullins is thorough, friendly, and has a sense of humor. From the front desk, to his assistant, to the lady who helped me pick frames (I forgot her name, but she was great)~ I can’t rave enough. I had seen Dr. Mullins twice before when lived in the area. Although I now live an hour away, I chose to return to his office, even though I had been given a certificate for a free eye appointment to another office a LOT closer to home. Erin was kind and patient answering some followup questions I had shortly before deciding to post this. All this to say, Dr. Mullins and his staff are worth the drive. ????
