The office staff is friendly and efficient and Dr Pourati is low key but confidence inspiring. Highly recommend.

I saw Dr Pourati. He was very prepared and spent plenty of time going over all my test results. The office was organized and friendly. As an RN. I would definitely recommend him.

First time at PMA..was impressed at how they handled my first visit . Especially during such trying times for all involved.

Friendly, professional, and very nice people a little confusing on COVID process and numbers to call going in but once in very good flow.

Dr. Pourati was excellent. Only issue was getting into PMA because some people seemed to be entering the building without calling in to register.

Dr. Pourati is a cordial and thorough physician. This was my semi-annual checkup and I received an Echo cardiogram and a very thorough physical exam. I felt as though Dr. Pourati was interested in my physical well-being.

The way they set up the whole process of checking in and going to your appointment is very efficient. My appointment itself was also very efficient and all my questions were answered. Every one was very nice and I didn't feel like I was rushed through. I would recommend them to everyone.

I would like to state that level of care I have received by Dr. Pourati and his staff at Pentucket Medical has been absolutely first class. They all act as if I am their only patient when it comes to following up with me on results from tests and office visits. Kim, Dr. Pourati’s his nurse practitioner, has played a large role in my cardiac care. She too is first class and has shown me a amazing level of care when I needed it most! Dr.Pourati was awesome,I haven't scene him in 3 yrs and he showed that he cares for his patients. He took the time asked what I have been eating because my blood pressure was up,he gave me great advice and gave me a week to check with my blood pressure and call or text him my numbers for the week.Nurses in his office also very caring,friendly making you feel relaxed while in their office. I went to PM to see Dr Pouratti back in Sept. I had symptoms of Elephant on chest, coughing, heavy breathing, exhausted, felt like I was going to pass out. He looked at a colleagues records from 3-4 yrs ago and said your heart is fine. I went into Boston a week ago and my Eco indicated Pericarditis. I was put on meds immediately to reduce inflammation. I have felt horrible for so long ....what a sin ~
