Doctor watts was very nice and very professional, his staff on the other hand was VERY rude and disrespectful. I work in a doctors office myself and I would never treat patients or the patients family the way we where treated.

After being brushed off by the front office, again, I decided to change doctors. And guess what? The front office won’t send records with a referral, NOR will they call you to let you know as much. So I have been waiting for an appointment it’s a new doctor, because the front office is atrocious. Dr Watts is awesome, the office is the worst. So now I will go in and sign for it all myself. I really like and appreciate Dr. Watts for taking care of me. Amazing Neurologist!

Dr Watts, very good. Nursing staff very good as well. Front office-abysmal.

Dr. Watts is a nice caring person who found out and took care of my problems very fast. He takes his time explaining things you dont understand and at the same time is funny and jokes. I love seeing seeing for my care. His staff is friendly also and I always feel like I am in good hands there.

My insurance company (United Healthcare) told the office worker I was expired. She(office)failed at any other attempts of calling to clarify the issue, which I did on my own. Once that was done I was asked to accept an appointment two weeks later.

Avoid this place like the plague. I was treated with lots of drugs for headaches, when the issue was bulging discs in my neck. I told the doctor I felt it was my neck but he refused to look into my complaint. Another doctor ordered cervical epidurals & the pain alleviated.

A very good doctor. He has a good bedside manner with a lot of empathy. Staff is caring and curteous. Not a long waiting time.

I have nerve damage and the nurses made me feal guilty about not being able to control my arm movement...and didn't want to finish the test cause my palms kept sweating..

I would recommend him to anyone. I've had a problem that no one could figure out. He figured it out in one visit. His staff and him are so courteous and made me feel at ease. Every time i go to a doctor i get nervous. They made me feel very comfortable.
