The lady in the office(SONYA)whom makes all the Appointments.Is VERY RUDE,HATEFUL,& TALK DOWN TO YOU.(SONYA)DOES NOT NEED THIS JOB......(I am a mom of 4 and 1on the way.I called to cancel an appointment because I had No one to watch my kids..) (SONYA)gets on the phone VERY RUDELY and talks down to me like I'm nothing.I call to get my personal medical records faxed to another practice.(SONYA)gets on the phone talking down to me tells me I have to pay them money for a appointment I cancelled. Before I can Recieve my Personal Medical Records by LAW they have NO RIGHT to refuse or HOLDING MY PERSONAL MEDICAL RECORDS...I KNOW MY RIGHTS.... Most of the staff was super nice and accommodating but when I called to reschedule and appointment two women got very pushy and invasive with me and spoke to me as if I was a child. DR. Thornbury is extremely condescending and made me feel bad multiple times about gaining weight during pregnancy and other medical decisions and preferences I made. Excellent staff and excellent service. Very good at what he does. I would recommend him to anyone. Definitely will see him again

The staff is wonderful. I've never had a problem rescheduling or scheduling an appointment. They are always very pleasant. Thank you for being great!

Dr. Thornbury delivered all three of my children via c-section. He is the best doctor. You don’t have to worry about the outcome of your surgery! He’s so wonderful and I wouldn’t trust another doctor like I trust him! He is truly blessed with the gift of being a wonderful, knowledgeable doctor and I would recommend him to anyone.

I have had great experiences with Dr Thornbury and Nurse Practitioner Cynthia (Pie) Evans. I will continue to use them both. The staff is great too. They are friendly and professional. They try to help you relax.

I have used this office for years and never had one single problem. Today I called to reschedule an appointment and received the most hateful lady. Not only did they refuse to call in my medication for one more refill but they talked down to me and that is something that is not acceptable to me. The doctors are great but the ladies who I spoke with today were awful. I understand a job has to be done but it can always be handled with good service and good attitude. Dr Thornbury is absouloutely awesome he not only delivered my child 18 years ago i went back to him when i had issues thats how much i trust him not only did he walk me through everything his staff has absouloutely been amazing as well

Amazing doctor, amazing staff. He was my OB/GYN during my birth of my oldest and the birth of my twins. He listened to me, and helped achieve the goal i set myself of no cesarean. I would choose him 10000 times over.
