Dr. Jack Sharratt has been warm, attentive, & listens! He provided us with excellent & verifiable info & resources for my Persistent Lyme Disease. Additionally he's has desensitized my dust allergy, & I will work on my other allergies. After my treatment for dust allergy, I have no more sneezing, coughing, clogged or draining sinuses. All the staff I have seen & interacted with have given me the best 'customer service' ...they also explain, & are warm & friendly & helpful. Thank you, Carol
