Dr. Jacob Hanbid Chung

Waited almost four months for a simple appointment for eyeglass/contact prescriptions. I waited almost 1.5 hours after my appointment time to see the doctor. I asked the technician to tell Dr Chung I had to go soon; he snickered as I watched him leave, and ignored my request. When Dr. Chung arrived, he spent 10 minutes with me max, downgraded and completely changed the prescription I've used for over 10 years. Couldn't explain how this had happened. I left and never got a call about the sample contact lenses I was supposed to receive. I bought two pair of glasses only to find out his prescription was completely wrong. Called the office, where the receptionist told me all that can be done is another refraction, but definitely no guarantee I'll be seen on time. I asked for a call back from Dr. Chung so I can speak with him directly. Never received a call back. As a doctor myself, am shocked he would not return a phone call to a patient. Awful practice. DO NOT recommend.
