Jacqueline Maybach

I've been seeing Dr. Maybach for about 10 years. During that time I have always felt that I have received the honest truth and recommendations about my health. She explains what the medical suggestions are as well as what she recommends and why. I have never left her office without getting all of my questions answered, and sometimes there are a lot. My husband has joined me on a few visits and she has taken the time to answer his questions as well.

I recently consulted with Dr Maybach for the probable need of a hysterectomy. She reviewed my records, assessed me, and recommended that surgery. She explained my options, then discussed the surgery I opted for based her recommendation, she was thorough in our discussion and gentle during my exam. She made sure she answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed in any way. She let me choose Treasure Valley Hospital to have my surgery and her staff was efficient and friendly. I feel very comfortable moving forward with her as my physician.

I have been seeing Dr. Maybach for about 15 years now. She has been my doctor through two pregnancies, one of which had complications and ended in preterm birth at 31 weeks. She was very proactive in my second pregnancy to prevent the same complication and I was able to go full term. She always takes the time to talk to me and address my concerns. My visits never feel rushed either.

Did not even get in to see her in person till 20 weeks of which time I was having hyperemesis (forced to see her NP who was just as unfeeling), made me feel belittled, said I was "high strung" because of anxiety during pregnancy. Scheduled to be out of town on my due date (which I gave birth on) and wouldn't see me post partem for swelling and retention. Didn't care about me as a patient. Absolutely not a good fit...

Absolutely wonderful doctor. I am so grateful I chose her for my second pregnancy.

She is one of the most caring, kindest and most knowledgeable Doctors I have ever seen. She takes care of practically all the women in my family and completely trust her with our health. She has followed my family through high risk pregnancies and my own hysterectomy. Her nurse Darcy is absolutely amazing. It means so much to have someone you can trust and to know that you are in the best capable hands.

I was recommended by her from my sister and friends. My first complaint is she said no to me leaving on maternity a month Early because of the complications I've been having she said I have to tough it out. Second is I had to see her 3 times in a week having a fever being sent home saying I have the flu but when I went to a different hospital I ended up having a kidney infection putting my baby and I in danger. 3 she said None of her staff want to talk to me.

I have been very happy with Dr. Maybach. She takes time to listen to any concerns I have and explains things well.

She cleared me to fly at 8 months pregnant to Vegas because it was a short flight. I trusted her judgement but every other Doctor down in Vegas (where I had my son a month early) said they would never clear someone to travel past 7 months, especially in the middle of summer.

She was very good at explaining my surgery options. Letting me know what to expect during and after. I had surgery with absolutely no complications. Thank you Dr. Launch.
