Absolutely the best! Look no further!!

I recently had a full hip replacement. I can not say enough about Dr Waters. He is kind, really cares about his patients. Takes time to listen to you and doesn't rush through your visit. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explains things in a way that you can understand. My surgery went great, and my scar looks amazing. He is very talented and extremely good at what he does. The office staff is awesome, the whole office is there to help and answer any questions. I highly recommend Dr Waters.

Dr Waters is the best doctor! We all must have a skilled professional, but one can only hope for a skilled human! He is everything one would want. He listens attentively, asks the right questions, is never rushed and is a doctor’s doctor in the operating room. (Really, other staff come to watch) Also tells you when he WON’T or shouldn’t operate. My family is in good hands, he is a friend for life.

If I could give Dr. Waters a 10 over a 5, I would. He just replaced my right knee, but in the past, he has taken care of my left knee, my husband's knees, my friends and family's knees and hips, and we all think he is the most conscientious ortho doc in the Boise Valley. He cares so much about his patients. His follow up protocols (therapy and home health nurses) is unparalleled. He is kind and attentive and an exceptional ortho surgeon.

An excellent surgeon and a friend for life. I cannot say enough for the outcomes for both my husband and I. He is very realistic and expects you to also put in your effort to have the best outcome.

He is a fantastic Doctor, he has done 2 knee replacement on my Daughters knees, he is a kind and friendly man who talks to you in a language you can understand
