It was a good experience. Dr. Petray was very thorough and knowledgeable about my medical questions.

I'm very happy with Dr. Petray and her staff. She listens and takes time to discuss things with me. When I recently had some lab and radiology tests done she had her staff call me within 24 hrs with the results and recommendations. I really appreciated that .

Prompt with appointment time. Caring staff. Eager to answer questions.

Dr Petray has become my favorite doctor of all time. She is aggressive in making sure she addresses all the issues and goes above and beyond to assist you. I know I am provided with 100% care when I leave the office. Her staff is always amazing. The staff is also great about responding in the Portal.

Dr. Petray and her staff are all wonderful. I moved to the area 5 years ago and had little confidence in the medical field. Dr. Petray gave me the confidence back. She listens and treats you as though you are her only patient. She answers all your questions and researches the answer if needed. Thank you, Dr. Petray!!!

Dr. Petray is my momma. :) She is a good mom as well as doctor. We've had our fights, and we haven't always been on good terms, but since I've truly took the time and trust to get to know her, she is perhaps one of the most upstanding and kind people I know. I noticed a lot of people are upset about wait times, and just wanted to give some perspective from what's happening and what she has shared with me at home: the office is short-staffed, especially with mid-levels. They are already down on MAs; they are hard to come by (since a lot of them are seeing better opportunities elsewhere) and, for my understanding, since they work for all the doctors in the clinic, they may not get into a doctor's bins to respond to messages or labs that day, so that doctor has to spend their time (often lunch hour) going through them. There's also some patients who will come in for one problem, and then "oh, by the way..." type of confessions. While I understand people want to get their issues taken care of while they are there (esp. with a doctor who books 6 months or more out) this could turn a 15 minute visit into something that lasts 30 minutes to an hour. Then there is also some struggle with working with electronic medical records, which involves a lot of clicking around- because my mom learned recordkeeping in the old-fashioned, "paper and file cabinet" style. I ask that you please be patient with her. My mother cares about her patients as much as she does her children, and sometimes she loses sleep over someone who might be very sick or terminally ill, because she hates to see people suffer. I promise, your concerns won't go unaddressed; she will work on cases at home if she has to. Also, if you're reading this: Love you mom! My 80 year old aunt is a patient, has been having symptoms for over a month, that keep her from being able to eat. She has been seen multiple times, only to have another appointment in a week or so. Shouldn't this be a little more concerning to her healthcare provider???! Its horrible for her family to just watch her waste away, and feel that there is nothing they can do for her.

Dr. Petray was attentive, professional, and compassionate. I felt she took the time to understand me and the reason for my visit.

Dr. Petray took plenty of time going over recent tests I had recently gone through. She also went over my current medications, asking about side effects, etc. Her assistants are also top notch. I highly recommend this physician.

Dr. Petray could care less about my 95 year old mother. Several times in the last few months, she doesn't return phone calls, failed to send in a prescription for cough medicine, I called at least twice and was told by office staff she would call me back. Nothing. Then we had to move my mother to a different Assisted Living here in Owasso, and sent over paperwork to have Dr. Petray sign. The director at her new facility tried getting hold of her as well for over a week. Then they told us we needed to do a virtual call, which we did, but they never faxed over the paperwork, so the Director of her new Facility had to go to their office around 3:00pm and sit and wait for Dr. Petray to sign off on the paperwork, as she had to have this for mother to move in. I have never, ever dealt with such unproffessionalism, lack of caring, and lies from any Dr. in my life. Elderly patients should be given more attention. I am changing her to another Dr. immediately.

Wonderful doctor! She has been my doctor for 5 years and I highly recommend her.

Dr. Petray has been my primary physician since july of 2019. I had an appointment on 7-9-2021. She answered my questions and when I explained my financial situation regarding the cost of my meds and that I can no longer afford them, she said that she was giving the information to her nurse case manager to see what could be done. She ordered labs and I’m waiting for results. I’m also waiting for contact from case manager to see what’s going to happen with my meds. Dr. Petray has been my primary physician since july of 2019. Great job! Addressed the issue and created a referral. The only problem is late day appts are running behind and the time spent is a lot.

Dr. Petray does a great job. She has been my personal physician for many years. She is attentive and has never failed to help restore my health. She and her staff are efficient too! You don't sit around waiting for hours to see her!

I expected to only have one problem disgusted but she took care o several things, so that means less trips this almost 80 has to make!

One of the best physician visits I have had in a long time. Very thorough and the physician answered questions and listened to concerns I had; changed an existing prescription to improve a condition and discussed a new medication to control cholesterol for patients that do not tolerate statin drugs.

I have been a patient of Dr Petray for over 10 years. Recently moved to BA however I refuse to find a new physician closer to home! I’d rather drive to a doctor I know and trust! Her staff is all A+ and always friendly and professional. I had a virtual visit yesterday and had great difficulty connecting (no fault of the office!) and the staff and Dr Petray continued to try to connect for over 45 mins all the while maintaining their sense of humor and professionalism. Finally connected and had a great virtual visit. All my concerns were addressed and Dr Petray was not hurried or made me fee rushed! She made me fee important and valued. Best doctor in Owasso, OK!!

I love Dr. Petray, I have been her patient for 13 years and every time I see her its like seeing a dear friend. She has always been interested in my health and attentive to my needs. I hope to have her as my PC until I leave the earth.

Dr. Petray is an OK doctor, but for the life of her she can't be on time. I walked out of a 7:30 AM appointment at 8:15. How can you be that late that early in the morning? If you're stuck in traffic, CALL IN and say you'll be late!!!! Or, better yet, get on the road earlier. It seems she has little regard for her patients time. I understand that later in the day, the more likelihood there is of running late. I try to get early appointments, and she STILL can't be on time. Dr. Petray is an OK doctor, but for the life of her she can't be on time. I walked out of a 7:30 AM appointment at 8:15. How can you be that late that early in the morning? Always attentive and concerned. Patient portal is always answered promptly. Couldn't ask for a better dr. Or facility!

This place is always behind 30min-1hr 30min waiting in the lobby. The receptionist, young girl, is rude! Older gentlemen is always nice. Oh and I was 17min late, the first time ever to be late, usually 15min early, and I felt like I was being persecuted from that black haired little girl in the front, do your job! Waited 1hr & 45mins. They said they're behind. I was like if your behind then me showing up 17min late, wouldn't be a problem. Lol This place is always behind 30min-1hr 30min waiting in the lobby.
