Dr. James Thomas Bopp

Saw Dr. James Bopp at CityMD on 01/27/21 in Riverhead, NY for a Covid-19 PCR test. When he said he did not want to give me a PCR test after I was given a rapid test by a nurse I explained that I and my husband were both immunocompromised and I needed both tests for speed and accuracy after I was exposed to people with C-19 while being FL for 8 months. I further explained while in FL my mother died in December 2020 due to complications of C-19 and that I had tested positive but only experienced minor to moderate symptoms. As info about getting C-19 a 2nd time is undecided I needed to be sure I was not infected after driving back to NY over a 3 day period. He condescendingly asked me "where did you go to medical school?" and "where was I getting my info?". Our conversation quickly escalated to an argument. I asked if we could start again, but he continued to be defiant and berate me. He finally relented and gave me the PCR test.
