My three children, ages 5, 10, and 12, have seen Dr. Augustine since they were babies. They don’t just call him their doctor, they call him their friend. My kids have never been scared to go to the doctor because Dr. Augustine is calm, kind, knowledgeable, and experienced. The receptionist always has us come right down if they are sick and we rarely have to wait very long at all. Anytime I need records or paperwork for their school, they have it waiting for me to pick up right away.

Excellent. Dr. V. Augustine has been our family pediatrician for over 27 years. He is a wonderful doctor who always delivers excellent as well as loving care. His staff, especially Margaret are wonderful.

If I could give NO STARS I would! The office staff is terribly rude, unhelpful and obnoxious! My child was sick and they could care less... they on;y cared about paperwork and getting paid. Money hungry doctors don't need to work with children EVER! Perhaps it is time to retire, because your office is rude, your conduct is terrible and I will NEVER recommend you to anyone ever!!! Stay away from children based on the way you treat adults.

This office and doctor are a disgrace. They don't treat people well, you will wait forever to see the doctor for less than 1 minute, he won't remember your child, or be c=kind so GO ELSEWHERE!!!
