I was very anxious about the prospect of having my first surgical procedure in over 20 years but my worries were misplaced. Dr. Conrad and his team answered all my questions, they were professionals, and the surgery itself went very well. I was in good hands with this team and my experience gives me great comfort if I ever have to have any future procedures. Thank you Dr. Conrad and thank you to his team. Dr. Conrad was very direct, provided all of the pertinent details up front and was able to schedule my surgery (gallbladder removal) quickly. No complication during or after surgery and minimal pain. I appreciate that appointments did not take very long before and after the surgery. The process was extremely efficient, no needless appointments or unclear details. quick, to the point and done. I was feeling great in a couple of days. Dr. Conrad was great!
