Friendly and helpful staff. Dr. Petrin was easy to talk to, listened to my concerns, and was able to quickly diagnose and recommend course of treatment.

Experience was quick, safe and very professional. My "go-to" doctor!

Very personable experience, thorough exam, not rushed. A doctor and staff that you can trust, been going to Dr Petrin for years.

Got in, saw the doc, and was out in short order. My issue was easy to diagnose. Meds electronically tendered to the pharmacist. Nice to have such quick service.

The doctor, nurses, and front staff are very helpful and caring!

Polite stuff, Dr Petrin is knowledgeable and professional. Very quickly diagnosed my issues with moles, explained what I needed to know, did a very easy test without pain for mole that looks suspicious, removed another minor issue very quickly and easily. Exactly what was needed

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. My provider took plenty of time to listen to my concerns and develop the perfect care plan for me. I'll definitely be going back to them!

Dr. Petrin and his staff are friendly, helpful, and competent. My teen age daughter's face acne cleared up quickly with the medication Dr. P prescribed and has not reappeared. His nurse, Danielle, was reassuring when a bump on my daughter's foot got biopsied today (she even took the time to learn how to pronounce my daughter's name correctly, which was so thoughtful). Meghan at the front desk was also very helpful and courteous. We especially appreciate that Dr. P usually has appointments available that fit our schedule, so we don't have to wait too long to get our concerns addressed. Thank you to Dr. P and his staff! This is a long overdue review but a memory brought up my visit. The two stars are for the correct diagnosis I received and for the kind and warm front office staff. If you’re someone who isn’t fond of small talk and want a quick answer, Dr. Petrin might be a fit for you. He’s definitely knowledgeable about his work. However, I found his lack of bedside mannerism impacted my experience. It was clear I was just a number that day. My encounter with him was less than 5 mins. He didn’t ask about me at all and went straight to my charts and went to get a sample of my skin for testing. He didn’t talk through what he was doing. He left and came back in with my diagnosis and recommendations and then turned to leave. I spoke up and asked if he’ll give me written information (because who really remembers all that) and he told me his assistant will do it. He then said I had to use this shampoo for tinea versicolor for the rest of my life. Very dramatic as I haven’t had another incident following that moment. As a health care provider myself, I think he could do much better with building relationships with his patients. I’ll be finding someone new who values the patient-provider experience. Dr. Petrin is a great dermatologist. I've seen him several times in the past year. His office staff is so kind and efficient, also.

I couldn’t have better things to say about my experience here. I had a mole that tested positive for melanoma with a previous doctor, but they weren’t able to get me on their schedule to have it removed for over three weeks because of scheduling issues. In search of another dermatologist who could get it out faster, I reached out to Dr. Petrin who had me come in the very next day on his lunch so we could remove the cancer. It was so refreshing to feel heard and supported. Dr. Petrin and his team are awesome. Highly recommend! I couldn’t have better things to say about my experience here. This was my first visit and I was really impressed. The staff , from the front to the medical assistance were outstandingly pleasant and were really interested in my issues. Dr. P was with me for a complete exam explaining the 3 samples that were taken, how long the lab work would take and the kind of report I’d receive. Dr. Petrin has an easy approachable matter, and I trust his judgment and attention to details.

Had an annual check, everything from check - in to exam and subsequent check - out was great. The whole team was pleasant and efficient.

I loved the quick and easy appointment I was able to get for my daughter. He also was able to quickly diagnose the problem and we were in and out.

Dr. Petrin and staff are friendly and efficient. It is clear everyone knows their jobs well and were following Covid-19 safety protocols precisely. Thrilled with the results of my laser procedures.

Dr Petrin has been my dermatologist for many years, I highly recommend him. My appointment started right on time. They checked my temperature before allowing me to enter. Masks required and the staff all had masks on.

Appointment was prompt and on time. Dr Petrin works quickly but thoroughly. He almost always knows by inspection what he is dealing with. On rare occasions he has paused and looked at a spot through a magnifying glass to ensure he is identifying the spot correctly. I have been going to him for several years and have complete confidence in his diagnoses and procedures. Have never had to go back for additional treatment of the same issue. And I wasn't taken seriously and given sufficient information. I'd never been to a dermatologist in my life so I was hoping to get quality advice on sunscreen or just general skin advice and have serums and other skin care explained to me.. But no, I was rushed out and asked if I wanted to come back in 6 months, nope. haha Idk next time I'll just go to Sephora for skin care advice. Nice to know I probably don't have cancer yet! I was very carefully examined, given choices for my surgical procedure and given choices for the plastic surgeon follow-up. This is my second time needing Dr. Petrin and he is still an excellent dermatologist!

I’ve been seeing Dr Petrin since ~ 2004. He is the most thorough, thoughtful, quiet yet personable doctor I’ve had. I drive 50 miles to see him-he’s that good!

The office is well-managed, efficient and organized. The tech who interviewed me was very good at her job and there was no wasted time. Dr Petrin is all-business, informative and knowledgeable. All-in-all a pleasant experience.

Catherine is lovelyyyy! Every visit is so personable and I adore her and recommend her for all my friends. This office is the place to go. Just sayin ????

This is the best run medical office I visit out of about six I use. Always on time, quick efficient, excellent service! Prescriptions including refill always done right the first time. Physical set up five star too. Have been using over 10 years.
