They will write down different from what you said and they won't edit it for you. They are not only lying but also assuming you are going to lie. They will act as if they got the document but they don't read it properly.

Dr.Hou is an AMAZING doctor. I've been seeing him for over 8 years, and he has gotten me through one of the hardest times in my life. My family also goes to him, and we all love him.

I have been seeing Dr.Hou for 5+ years and I've never found such a diligent caring doctor. He is the best around

***In short*** There are many professionals around, please just do your research and avoid going to Redmond Family Care if possible. Only when these people will start seeing the results of their behavior perhaps they will start changing the way they address patients in such delicate contexts. ***The reasons of what stated above*** * Worst experience dealing with anybody ever in this country (and I'm not just talking about the medical field). While the staff at Redmond Urgent care were great, Dr. Hou was not. I would not recommend this doctor. After 10 days of concerning chest discomfort, at the urging of family members I went to urgent care to get this checked out. Dr. Hou treated it like a police interrogation, and rather than give me peace of mind, he made me feel like an idiot for coming. I would never recommend this doctor for anyone looking for straightforward medical guidance and certainly not for an urgent situation.
