Fantastic Doctor, super friendly and knows his stuff. Broke my leg and he got me taken care of and back on my feet in no time.

Best doctor I’ve ever been to (my friends and I all refer to him as Dr. Hotramel). If you’re in the Washington area and need an orthopedic surgeon, I would highly recommend him! So friendly/happy/personable.
Very nice bedside manner and answers all questions
While the doctor did a good job on my surgery, my medical record became a disaster and has been an ongoing struggle for quite some time to get it corrected and it still has not been resolved. And initially they did not even want to correct it. This has delayed my submitting insurance claims for accident, but they want to be paid.
Dr.James R. Rotramel is a wonderful physician. He is extremely nice. he is very generous with his time and expertise. He is listens to you and your concerns, determines the proper treatment, and explains everything to you to where you are able to understand. I have dealt with many orthopedic physicians, but NONE compare to Dr. Rotramel. I will not use a different orthopedic doctor again.
