Condescending, cold, incompetent and vindictive. All in all don't waste your time.

I saw Dr. Bain for the 1st time March 2021. She came in and sat with me for 45 minutes. She was very thorough with every question I had for her, about her office and about her personnel. (By the way, her nurse and nurse’s aid were fantastic!). Dr. Bain was patient, friendly and I would recommend her to all my friends and family.

Compassionate, intelligent, experienced and truly cares for each individual patient. She has been my doctor for over 20 years.

Dr. Bain is amazing. So compassionate and understanding. She listens, she explains and then makes sure you really understand. So glad I found her.

Dr.Bain is very compassionate in her care for my family. She explains things in a way that we can understand. She takes her time, and is genuine in care. My medical history is very complex, and she will take all that into consideration when treating me. I have found a gem of a doctor in her. Knowing that my doctor genuinely cares about my well being is a blessing. She is relatable and not judgmental in her care.

Dr Bain did not rush our visit. She gave me the time to explain my concerns. She did not rush explaining her plan to help me. I felt empowered to take care of my health concerns by her approach to my care. Would recommend Dr Bain to any person trying to find a Family Medicine physician.

Dr. Bain has been my primary care physician for the past five years after Dr. Colter retired. I was leary that I would not be able to find another physician as caring and skilled as Dr. Colter, and am blessed that I have with Dr. Bain. She and her staff have always treated me with loving care and respect. She is present in that she listens to me, and we actually have a conversation regarding my health. She cares about the whole person. I trust putting my health in her care with her medical skill and knowledge and compassionate manner. If you are looking for a primary physician who has your best interest at heart, I confidentially suggest Dr. Bain.

Worst bedside manner imaginable. Receptionists are horrid. They are snotty and very unhelpful. Dr. Bain and her staff, aside from Nicole Larrison and Amy Klepper who are AMAZING, are extremely cold hearted. Would NEVER recommend her or her office.
