Unfortunately, me and my child did not have the best experience with this doctor. Very unapproachable, not sure if it was because it was the end of the day but her energy was not the best. It was actually disturbing in a way. I felt that there was a lack of genuine care coming from her, which as a concerned parent did not put me at ease. The experience we had with her was was enough for me to find a completely different pediatric practice. Stay way from this doctor. I took my daughter for her child well physical and during the visit the asked if I had any questions or concerns. I told her about my child snoring...she gave me an advise and if that did not work we could do sleep study. Well few weeks later I got a bill in the mail for a consult I did on the day of the visit. So she Charged my insurance for the child well visit AND a consult. WTF??? she asked me the question to begin with... I work really hard for my money... it looks like she doesn't. Please pay attention to your bills you never know what you are getting billed for. Maybe she thought I was stupid because English is not my first language...I am pretty sure she does this dirty stuff to all who have medicaid. Stay way from this doctor. She was incredibly disrespectful. As a new mom, I had a few questions and concerns to ask. She did not make eye contact or introduce herself when she walked into the room, did not make conversation or ask if I had questions. She simply documented on the computer, did an extremely quick assessment, and then closed the door. I thought “Is she coming back?” A nurse came in and said no Dr. Siddiqui wasn’t coming back. I felt so disrespected by her lack of compassion for a new mom. I needed support but she showed no interest.

Dr. S has been our kids' doctor for 15 years. She's caring, always takes the time the listen, and explains everything that's going on. She's the best.

Dr. Sims is an incredible pediatrician who listens to all our concerns, and always manages to respond in an informative and calming manner. Our nearing 3yo daughter has seen her since birth, and we couldn’t be happier. I have had nothing but polite and friendly interactions with the nursing staff and office staff as well. The offices triage nurses are particularly awesome. Dr. Sims is an incredible pediatrician who listens to all our concerns, and always manages to respond in an informative and calming manner. I took my 2yr. old here in March. We are a military family that had just moved to the area and my son was still under standard so we decided to try a provider affiliated with John Hopkins. We had several issues with this office: 1. The nurse taking my son's weight bruised his left arm and chest by his ribs attempting to wrestle him onto the scale instead of letting me go back to the car and get M&M to bribe him. We also could have done what I have done many times before which is do my weight and then our combine weight and subtracted to find his weight. She was impatient and inconsiderate. 2. We came for a "New Patient" visit and to get some paperwork filled out for daycare. My insurance was billed for a "sick visit" when a Tricare representative attempted to get in contact with this office the personal hung up on her and repeatedly transferred her. 3. I was given initial paperwork to fill out along with a development packet that was several pages long. Needless to say with a 2yr old wreaking havoc I was not able to complete this packet before the doctor was ready to see us. After filling most of it out I was informed that it was the wrong packet and to fill out a different one. This consumed an hour of my time and none of the questions needed long written answers- they were simple questions doctors usually ask and check boxes on a sheet. 4. When I updated my address with this clinic (a couple weeks later) they apparently did not inform billing, I had to do that after not receiving anything from the office. Billing misspelled my street name (after I spelled it 4 times), so I never received any bills, my claim was sent to collections. I have never received any hard documentation from billing or their collections office. I have had to call these people none stop to get anything done. This facility is staffed by impatient and incompetent people. I would not recommend it to anyone. I took my 2yr. old here in March. Wonderful experience for myself and my daughter. Dr. Sims wasvery detailed and thorough. Staff and nurses were great too!

The doctor was very nice and understanding. Her demeanor exuded patience and care, and after talking to her, I learned that she had 3 kids, and that showed in how she treated my daughter. It was a fair drive, but I don't mind it for this kind of satisfaction.
