Exceptional Doctor. I strongly recommend.

Wrost Doctor, I had EVER had the misfortune of meeting, I went a few times, but, I had enough of being mis-diaognosed and incompetent office staff, none of them communicate with one another. There are so many HORRIBLE experiences I had with this practice, under Dr. Thomas until I changed Dr. One bad experience, I had to keep calling her office, to remind them, to call in the referal for Physical Therapy and an Orthepedist (HORRIBLE)!!!. There too many HORRIBLE EXPERIENCES TO TYPE.

This office is the least organized of any I have been to before. Patients wait for long periods of time to be seen and even longer once actually taken to the back. Don't bother calling them for assistance with anything either. The ladies in the front clearly don't communicate with one another which leaves more of the patient's time wasted. On several occasions I have been sent to other offices and doctors because Dr. Thomas isn't available. This is the last office I would recommend to anyone!

Dr. Thomas is arrogant & condescending. She scrutinized my prescriptions but never bothered to discuss my medical history or my current lifestyle. My last appt I fasted for blood work. 30 min past my appt time I couldn't endure another speech so I asked her to get to the point. Irate that I interrupted her she proceeds to leave. When I tried to discuss the other reasons for my visit she told me to see someone else. I spent 3hrs in the ER. She billed my ins $4417! THE WORST CARE EVER!

My first visit I thought she was aloof and condescending. My second visit when I was ill she was caring, concerned and thorough. Accurate diagnosis and proper treatment given.

My experience with dr Lewis Thomas was pitiful and awful. I wrote a scathing email to Crestwood on her in competencies and lack of a good physician attitude. Stay away from her.

Janice Lewis-Thomas Spent a total of 3 mins with me in which she informed me that she would not continue the treatment I have been on successfully for the past 25 years. Then she charged me $265.00. She's got a very high opinion of herself, unfortunately I do not share the same opinion.

Professional, caring staff throughout. It's particularly nice to have a real person answer the phone! Went for first time after they bought out Dr. Toutanji and couldn't be more pleased. I'm every bit as happy with the new personnel as I was with the former. Professional, knowledgeable, efficient. Did have to refer me elsewhere for hormone therapy, but did get steroid shot for swollen knee. I didn't see the doc, but the Nurse Practitioner, nurse, and clerk were amenable & proficient.
