NO ONE EVERY ANSWERS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT!!

After coming to the NEW New Market clinic ,not knowing what to expect I found the receptionist who called me by name ,this from previous years of visits,to be very comforting and up lifting. My visit with the Dr was quite different than the previous Drs I had been seeing. The exam went very well,he addressed all of my concerns and what he couldn't do for me he made sure that I had referrals. The treatment he gave me helped 100%. In my opinion he is the best Dr to walk through those doors in a while.

How do you make an appointment? No one will answer the phone. I made an appointment for a consultation at 230pm and for some reason they had me down for 830am for blood work???

Dr. Padgett is amazing. He is a down to earth type of doctor. He listens to you and doesn't judge like most doctors do these days. He has serveral different degrees in Medicine. If you think you need any test done or blood work he will send you to have it done just to give you closure. The wait is never long here, they get you in and out. The staff is always very understanding and courtesy.But most of all he is very affordable if you don't have insurance.. Dr. Padgett is amazing. He is a down to earth type of doctor. Simple, and Dr. Padgett will give regular medications as well when other suboxone doctors will not. He does refer patients to specialists when needed, and is the best dressed doctor we've ever seen! He trusts you unless you give him a reason not to..he wants to help people get their lives back and treat their addiction. If he doesn't know the answer to a question he's honest and will find the answer. His rates for self pay patients are reasonable and he does accept insurance where other clinics or doctors in this field doesn't anymore. Get help for your opiate addiction/pain management issues and call his office.
