I couldn't get past the staff. I was screened about my care. I need a primary care Dr. My insurance gave me this Dr. I made an appointment. Then was screened about my care by staff. Given instructions for certain care not to come. Very unprofessional and very upsetting. I reported this to my insurance company and the saga continues.

I go routinely beings I am a diabetic, have high blood pressure, CHF and a myriad of other health issues. He is the only doctor I've had that has been able to control all of my medical problems.

Cannot think of better office staff, kinder people, or a more brilliant physician than Dr. Cox and his staff! They are truly on the frontline of this covid battle and doing the right thing for people. Thankful for them. Highly recommend!

Dr Cox was excellent for both me nd my daughter this passed summer. He successfully treated us both for Covid 19 and wiped it out quickly for us with weak . I trust him!

Dr. Cox made himself available outside of hours for an emergency for my family and I that nobody else was available to help with. Really. He was the 86th phone number I called. He is a real physician who does what he does to help others, and was not drawn into this field for love of prestige nor for a love governed by money. He did not seem to be one of the "employed doctors" who must put the interests of his employer above his patients but one of the last few real family physicians. He was well versed in the latest research and treatments for my condition. He was extremely knowledgeable and willing to consider and review data on all treatments. This man is a true hero who holds the hippocratic oath first above all when it comes to his calling as a doctor and the treatment of patients in need. Plus, when it comes to dealing with me and my neurosis, this man epitomized the word "patient" when it comes to his patients. Thank you doctor!

Dr. Cox went above and beyond for a member of my family. It is Labor Day weekend when most everyone is enjoying time off, but he took the time to make sure we were taken care of. Thank you for your help Doctor!

Dr Cox was wonderful and very informative. He listened to questions as long as we them. He went above and beyond to explain things in a very easy to understand way. Very knowledgeable and up to date on the subject issue. Highly recommend him.

Absolutely terrible customer service. I called to check on my 2 month old sons allergy medicine (he could hardly breath) and I was told “his allergies were not of importance and that they had other customers to attend too”

Dr Cox returned my call quickly and was so helpful in getting a prescription for my husband. Cannot tell you how much I appreciate his consultation as well as protocol for the virus. I can recommend him highly!

had to come here 2 years in a row for surgery pre-op. horrible experiences both times. takes forever, the doctor is rude and unprofessional.

I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone due to his lack of professionalism and lack of empathy towards children. I didn’t know long hair on a 2 year old boy made him weak and a ‘girl’. Saying that to a child is unacceptable and some of the most embarrassing behavior I’ve ever heard of.

I'm not one for bad reviews but this is very well deserved. As a doctor you do not tell a man who cannot walk or put his foot into a boot that he's fine laugh it off and tell him to go back to work the next day. With several chemical burns that are infected and just expect it to be fine overnight. He was even given a note that he could return to work the next day with no restrictions. I think the ability to walk and putting on boots are both important when it comes to work. However, maybe we are wrong and some don't view that as important. He may be a great family doctor but not for major things like this. I'm not one for bad reviews but this is very well deserved. Anybody who knows me knows I hate drs. I won’t go until I’m super sick or something is wrong. Unless it’s about my son and then I’ll take him in at the drop of a hat. Dr Cox is one of the only drs I’ve ever enjoyed going to. He’s great with kids and parents alike. Hes great at explaining what is going on and what the course or treatment is and what to expect throughout treatment. If you’re looking for a dr you can trust dr Cox is it. Dr. Cox was totally amazing today during my child’s doctor’s appointment. I have a special needs adult with numerous medical issues. He took the time to listen to her problems and discussed the medicines she needed to help her deal with her overwhelming medical and behavioral issues. Dr. Cox doesn't have an internal medicine board certification, but he is better and consistent with top notch internal docs I have seen. He seems to have natural abilities to observe even things not on your chart. He offers advice on things, that other docs refuse to do their "first do no harm", such as without looking it up. Why are you taking this medicine when it contraindicated and this or that protocol would serve you better. Rare communication for a busy doctor.

We have used Dr. Cox as our pediatrician for both of our children. He has always listened to our concerns and has addressed them in a very professional way. He and his staff are always helpful. Our kids love him and so do we!
